Yeah that drive was super impressive with no timeouts at 53 seconds. Made every throw and perfectly placed until the 2 pt conversion which was only where his guy was gonna make the catch and just couldn’t get the foot down

That fumble killed them, he’s really improved against pressure and the blitz this year, he has good mobility in the pocket, but that vaunted 3 man pass rush was too much for his line.   He’s got to get rid of it. 

@Iggles25 need to tell your manager not to use luke jackson. Been the dodgers MVP this series. He’s been just bad in this series and the dodgers have just been teeing off on him. 1.2IP given up 7 hits, 5 ERs. 

matzek has been incredible. Just ride him for two innings.

Running back didn’t help on that play either. Could chipped on his way out and it would’ve helped. Then again you should be able to give your QB time with a 3 man pass rush. The LT just got beat. I need to go watch some of his earlier games and more down there stretch. Trying to think for a NFL comp but really can’t come up with one right now. Doesn’t have the athleticism and is more of a pure pocket passer which is becoming less of the norm.

Yeah ridiculous game tonight. His body and frame and how they used him tonight reminded me a lot of alshon. Alshon has a inch on him and about 15 pounds but i think he’s going to be able to add about 10 pounds going forward in the nfl. I know in high school ran a 4.7 but he on some of his highlights looks much faster than that. I’ve seen highlights where he burns guys down the field.

He’s been very good against the blitz and pressure this season, up there with Powell. He’s elusive enough in the pocket to where he’s not a statue, and usually makes the first guy miss.  He likely has a quick first step, but that knee may always be a problem, he was still having it drained in August and that’s after two clean out surgeries.., after his major knee surgery in high school. He’s definitely not a running QB that’s for sure

 He’s Matt Ryan, crossed with Eli, crossed with Herbert.    
 
Corral btw, thinks he’s the right handed version of Steve Young, except he’s 15lbs lighter, which will get him killed in the NFL if he keeps running like a madman.

Absolutely this. Matzek has been otherworldly this postseason. His off speed stuff is just nasty paired with his 98-99 mph fastball. He is the ace in the bullpen.

Jackson was solid in the regular season, but he's been battered this postseason. He now is at the bottom of the totem pole.

I can understand that. LT is a premium position, he's played well the last few games but now Lane is back. He was probably on the trade block in the off season but the value wasn't there. His recent performances have perhaps bumped him to a fourth or something?

I'd think they would hold onto him for that, honestly. Mailata has already been banged up and there's no telling what Lane's state of mind is going to be moving forward. 

Definitely open to moving him, though.

Eagles offensive tackle Andre Dillard: He was drafted to be the left tackle of the future, but it hasn't quite worked out like that. Instead, that title has gone to seventh-round find Jordan Mailata. Dillard hasn't been in the starting lineup, and recently, he has been taking reps at guard in practice. So, teams have been calling with trade interest. He did impress while playing left tackle against the Panthers, and that improved his stock. The Eagles won't give him away, and there are scenarios where he's a part of their future, anyway. But teams believe a quality second-day pick would be enough to pry Dillard away.

NFL Twitter posted that Nick's Legendary 7 TD game was the last time we played Raiders on the road.   That's wild.   Andy, Chip and Doug all got W's against the Raiders during their terms.   Well even though the Raiders have lost their coach and have gone through some serious drama.  They are still 4-2.  Also Carr has put up 26 or more Points in 4 out of their 6 games.    The Raiders also have a pretty good Pass D so if this isn't the game to Run the Ball I don't now what is.   Let's get Miles Going on 1st and 2nd down.   Let's get Jalen some nice quick passes to Dallas or Devonta.    I think the next 2 games we can turn this around.   But don't sleep on the Raiders just because of the Drama.   They are playing pretty well considering everything.  Wow, a 4:25 game.  I felt like we've been at 1PM forever outside of those few Primetime games.
