You’re never going to see a dynamic pocket passer; best the Eagles can hope for is a QB that uses his legs to evade pressure and extend plays to hit open WR downfield.  He needs to run to extend plays for his arm — what we’ve seen so far is using his legs to use his legs.

It's probably the new TV deal. Other stuff changed like no MNF double header and the addition of a Saturday night double header.
