Yup, I didn't like that signing the day it was made.

Howie decided he didn't want to re up Barnett which is a good choice then instead gave sweat starter money to  try and make up for the bad Barnett failure.

Which in theory is fine except that sweat isnt a starter, he's at best a situational pass rusher, and now an over paid one where eagles still need 2 starters at DE.

He was being hyped up a lot in preseason. So, that probably means the Eagles PR staff put some of that out there to justify the signing. They know they have no future depth when BG and Barnett leave.  

I don't know why but everyone on twitter is saying they cut Rick Lovato.

Trade Flacco to WFT for someone with a pulse on defense (they looked OK there last season)

Yup, I remember hearing how physical he was against the run and he's been invisible this year there.

Sweat reminds me a lot of ND Kalu, who was JAG.

Did any of them have a 2nd year quarterback who would have been the MVP if not for a late season injury?  The Eagles decline didn't have to happen.  Better leadership could have yielded very different outcomes.  

That quote was a minor anecdote in what I posted.  The primary issue remains the owner/GM and the decisions "they" will continue to make.

Been watching some different QBs , I’m trying to like Armstrong , but no luck , he has the stats , I just don’t think he has the arm , and he is a lefty  , something about lefties I don’t like  other than ball spinning opposite direction .

I have watched some Barrier  small school prospect , SR ,I like what I have seen so far mobile QB with a big arm , not the biggest guy , but thick
