If they have a choice they're not going with Hurts or Minshew while on the hot seat -- that's for certain.  At least live and die with a prospect you evaluate and groom yourself.

1. Safety, Hamilton

1. DE, Hutchinson

1. CB, Stingley

2. LB, Harris

It doesn't get any better than that.

I love that they have Cine going first off the GA defense, although Dean would be the first LB to go anywhere if he was 6’2”, for those that don’t know Cine was the safety that almost killed Kyle Pitts, and that was when he was only 185 lbs.  If you’re looking for a safety who can cover and seriously help in run defense, Cine is the guy.
He isn’t Kyle Hamilton, but neither is Jamal Adams, Hamilton is gonna be great in the NFL. He would be the leader on the Eagles defense in TC, the MIKE play caller\QB on D,  who backs it up physically, that’s Hamilton.

Of course, but the second half of the season will tell a lot.  I always had the Eagles as a 2-7 team in the first half so I'm less surprised than most with what we've seen so far.  It's a young team and it will all depend if they're still playing hard for Sirianni in the second half of the season.

I don't really care what Fletcher Cox has to say; he'd likely be traded this weekend if his contract allowed it.  He's part of the group of players who won't be around when the team becomes competitive again.  What matters is whether Lurie understands this is a 2-3 year process and part of hiring a young coaching staff (most 40 and under) is to let them grow and build a competitive team and a solid culture.

They're in the process of getting some of the selfish players out -- Desean Jackson, Jeffery, Ertz, hopefully Cox soon.  Whether Sirianni and this staff go out the door with them remains to be seen.

yup.  And they ran a fade against the big slow CB... and ignored Hopkins on the opposite side of the field.  Boneheaded plan, but that entire last sequence from the QB draw by Murray on was just horrific play calling.

Well Murray and Green were not on the same page.  I get the quick pass but just a terrible play by Green and Murray.

Definitely not on the same page.

2x Super Bowl Champion, 6x Pro Bowl, 2x passing leader, 18 year starter with over 64% completion percentage/60k yards  and OROY is not a franchise QB. Wow. That might be the dumbest QB take I’ve seen, surpassing Mahomes is unproven.

Dudes takes are idiotic

The cowboys inevitably trap door season moment where is all goes to crap is going to happen isn’t it ? I couldn’t handle that crowd getting close to a super bowl this year.

My last autographed rookie card I needed to complete this rookie class set .

Giddey is looking like a good one. He looks like he will become what Simmons should have became. Hes already better.

Anthony Richardson gets the start today , future first overall pick , tremendous talent , I would have been starting him .

Id be surprised if we drafted him. I know this will be debated until March. But I feel like there is a reason teams look at measurements, and usually dont go against them.

I can see Pickett going high to a warm weather, or dome team. I suspect teams with climates like ours will be forced to downgrade him a bit. If he goes top 10, I dont think its going to be us.

He didn’t pass the 57 starts test. Or maybe it was the 30 starts test. Idk it gets changed depending on who you talk about.

FYP

I like Pickett  , but prefer Corral , and Jurkovec and Levis , but I think last 2 return for senior years , next would be strong , all 4 I would use a top 40 pick on

Pitt will get blown out if they don’t get moving , Pickett too

He’s efficient as hell in an offense that isn’t Air Raid with everyone wide open for easy catches, but….   My boy, who I believe is the best passer in this class because he can make every damn throw, Carson Strong lit it up last night…., as usual, …., with throws all over, short long, intermediate, sideline, with gas on quite a few.

The knock on him is he has small hands?

I don't think it will be an issue.  He wears gloves too and still can sling it around no problem.  I would think if having small hands were an issue then wearing gloves wouldn't help.

we will see. Teams seem to care about that stuff. He wont be everyone's cup of tea.

Their big win so far was in LA over the Chargers; no idea how they held them to 17 points — mind you, they also only scored 20.  They barely beat NE and barely beat CAR.

I still see TB, GB and ARI better right now.  LAR about the same as DAL in the hierarchy.

wished eaglejoe would open the eagles lions thread now, we could all start complaining a day early
