LGM gets it. Carson also could have just thrown it away lol.

No I get it but he’s acting like that was the correct thing to do instead of, you know, just throwing it away earlier

2 points plus the ball. Wentz playing chess.

I was telling my brother the Wentz pick was smart, he takes a safety the Titans run the clock out.

Think Colts win this one

Exactly.I doubt he was throwing a left handed pass because he was being smart.  He held the ball too long and tried to play hero ball again and he got bailed out by circumstance.

Schefter and others have said the Eagles could buy long-term pieces at the deadline, they won't just be sellers. Getting Parker from Miami would not be a bad long-term piece at the right price.

If he's able to get out of the pocket, sure, but if he grounds it in the EZ, it's a safety then also.

Same thing could of happened if Titans let clock run down then kick FG

Wentz tried to throw another pick!

NYJ about to beat CIN and distance themselves from the #1 pick.  So with MIA's pick we have to be concerned with DET (likely to go 0-17), JAX, and HOU.  Hopefully NYJ win at least a few more and the MIA pick ends up as worst as #4 while our own pick is still top 10.  So our new schemes on O and D worked today, but it was the Lions so who knows if they stay with them and if they work on better teams?

I don’t know how Greedy Williams has been this year on the Browns, but he was somebody in training camp I thought Eagles could trade for

He can throw a worm burner at his TE’s feet.

Anyway, it’s just funny. It’s like praising Hurts for stepping out of bounds on a throwaway.

Colts at the 15.

He's not wrong.   A safety means that they have to give the ball to the Titans with the lead with less than 2 minutes left.

The issue was that he didn't read that the RB fell over sooner and just spiked it at him sooner.    What I don't understand on plays like this... is why teams don't have a WR sitting along the sidelines for the QB to have an easy 'throw away' option where he can just throw it in their general direction but 20 yards over their heads and out of bounds on these screen passes.

Wentz gets another chance of getting the win. Colts D has made Henry look normal.

I read an article suggesting Dillard for Delpit.

Im not really in favor of trading Dillard. But I dont hate that.

Wentz picked.

Lol, Wentz.

Wentz back to being a turnover machine.

Amazes me that it took 8 weeks for this coaching staff to realize what a lot of us did back in August. In order for the offense to do well, you have to have a gameplan like today.  Motions, under center, QB designed runs, WR Sweeps….Ravens/49ers-like gameplan.  Blitzing on defense too.

Single wing isn't an NFL offense though.   I think the coaching staff wanted to play an NFL style offense.  And have come to realize, their QB won't allow that.

Vintage Wentz

Byard redeems himself. Terrible decision making by wentz

Wentz picked!!!
