Disagree with that. He looked like the same Hurts just with limited opportunities.

LOL Read it slowly and realize I was saying he looks better when you are not letting him actually play QB. LOL

I think he looked his best all season in the 4th quarter, personally

White named the starter for the Jets on Thursday (obviously). Guess we’re getting a late 6 for Flacco.

Kind of what I figured the Eagles were getting.  I just didn't see Flacco stepping in cold as the starter.  Of course, at the same time, I don't get why a 1 win team would make a move for a QB and cost themselves a pick.  What's the upside?

What you should have wrote was the "The Eagles offense looks much better" Not "Hurts looks much better

What do we need? Him to play five more fully healthy games?

5 would pretty much seal it.  4.75+ is where it would be based on games, not snaps.  Last week's snaps were low, this week were a little higher.

Did you not watch the game? Hurts did not throw well at all. Even a bunch of his completions were bad passes but Goedert made very good diving cths and coming back for the ball catches. He did not look that good today with his arm. Now if you want to say he looked good as a RB, sure.

He knows.  He said, "keep him from throwing the ball".   Hurts looks much better when he's just running the ball.  He was the leading rusher... again.

It could potentially be secured in week 12, but that’s probably not as realistic. But it’s true people are getting caught up on games played & not snaps

The mor teams that have more wins ahead of us and the Phins and the Colts the better

Target was always 14 games (it could be 13, but then you're playing the "average snap per game" thing). Good thing is that the Colts played 71 snaps today due to overtime.
6 more games to go.

12.75/17 = 75%

It could, but we wouldn't know it.  If he gets to 13.5 games, I think we can celebrate it, until then, we have to wait it out.   The good news is, if he goes down, their offense will likely flounder much worse, which means fewer offensive snaps.

Running the ball works huh?

Wow, who knew?

I guess we found our identity.  Run the ball

No. Our identity is to play the Lions every week.

Was I wrong on it being something more than what every one was thinking of some family member that was knocking on death's door?

Anyone else remember the last time the Eagles won 44-6? That was a good day...

My wife is a clinical psychologist who works with quite a few clients on SSRI's and told I her this and she said he shouldn't have been driving directly after.

Also that's it's never advisable to go from any dose to nothing.

So wonder why did he??, did team doctor, recommend this, did his prescription run out, did he just say eff it and I'm going off my meds???

Either way glad he's ok hopefully he's got it figured out and the team physician is working with him

Reposting this from Lane's interview with Jay Glazer. It's worth watching

DALLAS taken to the woodshed game right? or beating the 9ers

Some detective work should be done by eagles to figure out why he went off his meds, it's never advisable to go cold turkey from SSRI

I was there.  Never entered a stadium with more of an electric feel than that.  The whole day they needed the most impossible odds to take place and all of them to go right for that game to mean anything.  I remember tailgating and Darren McFadden pulls off this massive TD run and there was just a huge roar from the parking lot.  If I remember correctly that was the last game the Eagles needed to go their way, the Bucs playing for playoffs at home and the Raiders playing for nothing and they pulled off the upset.

I was in my seat and WYSP had already gone to Mike and Merrill for their pregame and Merrill was on air calling the end of that game.
