Just out of interest, what do you guys then eat for Christmas Day seeing as you've normally already done the whole Turkey for Thanksgiving? More Turkey???

Steak, lamb, ham, pastas.  Or, more turkey...since I don't always get a vote.

Christmas Eve is for seafood.

While you guys were yapping about your vaccines this went completely unnoticed.

End of an era.

I did wonder if Howie would put in a waiver claim for OBJ, only for the potential of a comp pick next year...  But I am not surprised he went unclaimed.  Who'd want to pay that money for someone who may pout and give up?

I mean the waterboarding would probably help them be able to eat that

I always like to try to analyze roster decisions.

Mac McCain was good enough to be on the active roster all year.  They cut him but add James back to the PS.  If McCain was deserving of a roster spot, why not add him to the PS?  James clearly wasn't being signed by anyone and they know what they have in him from the last few years.

Does McCain need to clear waivers before they could potentially bring him back to the PS?

Looking for logic in roster moves from the Eagles?   Not always something that can be found.

True. This is the team that cut their long snapper to make room on the roster rather than cut one of 15 CB.

I’ve had Indian food with lamb that’s been amazing. And rack of lamb that’s also been amazing

Only way I do a leg.  I do a beer brine.  Slit the leg and stuff garlic and butter all around.  Rub with baharat seasoning.  It's an absolute mess to cut up though if cooked properly.  Like duck, lamb is so easy to overcook and ruin.

I tricked my wife into eating Veal once. She loved it, and then I told her what it was. Didn't go over well.

Lamb: medium rare

White fish: medium or sashimi

Tuna: seared rare or sashimi

Steak: rare plus

Turkey: temperature of the outside trash can

I love white fish and lox with an everything bagel.

Some of the most delicious foods are cute...

;). Lamb, venison, veal... so yummy.

Then again, some ugly ones are also delicious... pigs, chickens, turkeys, lobster.

Lots of delicious foods... I guess how they look doesn't necessarily play a role.

medium rare... never more.

Monkfish has the highest ratio of taste to looks of any edible animal.

I prefer rack of lamb to leg of lamb but both are tasty.  Birria is also good although I think that can also be goat vs. lamb.

If you don't have to use a tray to catch everything when cutting it up you're doing it wrong.

I no longer do a traditional Thanksgiving since my dad passed away a few years ago. Now, I honor him by making his chili. I don’t have much family left anyway, so the traditional Thanksgiving seems pointless.

Same with Christmas. I make a ham* (along with home homemade baked goods) on Christmas Eve, and we make sliders out of them, with homemade potato salad and other hors d'oeuvres. On Christmas Day, we eat leftovers.

*Sometimes, I make homemade barbecue meatballs.
