I often like the refs holding onto laundry but holy crap is hutch destroying this OL and getting held every other play.

Ohio state hasn't been able to stop the run all day

This Haskins kid is pretty good. 5 TDs.

Don't think Watson will be an option, but I think we all know there is a sense of inevitability when it comes to Lowie trading for Wilson.

What's the maximum price you'd be willing to stomach for Wilson? 2 firsts + change?

Hurts, Sanders, 1 1st, 1 2nd

Physical football in the winter outdoors is a path to success.

So long Buckeyes. Don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out. Time for my Iron Bowl.

Finally Michigan beats Ohio St.  Took em long enough.

Not impressed by Ojabo today, all he does is speed rush only to get walled up and over the pocket.

He's not and NFL starter but he's going to be a legit pass rush specialist.  Not sure where his value is best in the draft.

Brandon Graham is somewhere losing his mind right now.

Michigan clearly the better team today. Aidan Hutchinson at #1 is in play.

Don't see Detroit passing on a local product like Hutch.

Return to Kelly Green confirmed.  If Jalen wants it, Jalen gets it.

Florida St kicker tried an onside kick and whiffed on it 😄.

Won't be until 2023 at the earliest since the Eagles missed the deadline for submitting them as the 2022 alternatives.

Is it me or is the Oregon - Oregon St. game hard on the eyes?

Inexcusable for PSU to play like this as often as they do , Uber talent on that team

Fxkin car commercial. "Proudly made in America". The bottom of the screen says car assembled by foreign parts. Not made in America then lol. Put together in America.

Dotson is a stud , still take Burks over him but he is close

Taking a commercial break with nine seconds left in the quarter. Hate CBS lol.

It's because they suck.  And the morons just gave Franklin 75 million.  I grew up around legions of PSU fans and was a Pitt fan all the way, still am.  Watching PSU crumble is gloriously entertaining

Not sure where that comes from. He's been a solid NFL starter for a few years now.  He had a couple hiccups early in his career, but the consensus is that he is no way a liability when he plays.  In fact, Kelce thinks he is underappreciated.

Also, what is a "good backup" anyway?  To me, it sounds like someone that could be a decent starter elsewhere if given the opportunity.

Yes sure. I didn't want to say I think he is bad. I just dream of a "perfect" line with five really exceptional players. And compared to the others I think he is the weakest link.

If he was to be our backup he could fill in with not too much drop off, and considering the quality of our line a backup here most likely could start on plenty of teams..

Hell Pryor wasn't even close to a starter here and the Colts are very happy to have him start for them.

This is an interesting back and forth ... the kind I was looking for when I made the initial post..  What qualifies as a "solid NFL starter"?  Buschbaum had several levels of starters in his tier system.  For the non-QB positions those five tiers were Hall of Famer, Pro Bowler, Quality Starter, Solid Starter, Marginal Starter.  Where do you think the cutoffs between those five tiers are?  Are the top 5% of any respective position's players Hall of Famers?  Are the top 10% Pro Bowlers (80 players selected from 800 positional starters)?  Are the bottom 10% Marginal?  That leaves the middle 80% for the combination of Quality Starters and Solid Starters.  Does that break 40%/40%?

Assuming those arbitrary proportions, Pryor is a Marginal Starter in my opinion ... out of the 64 OG starters across the NFL that makes him one of the bottom 6.  I'm comfortable with that.

Where does Seumalo fit in a rating of the 64 NF OG starters.  Is he top half?  If he is then he is a Quality OG Starter.  If he isn't in the top half then he is a Solid OG Starter.  He clearly is not one of the worst 6 OGs in the NFL.

Thoughts?

There will be quite a few intriguing mid-round RBs (like every year) — Robinson, Haskins, Charbonnet.

I took care of it.. Leaned into the power football style and defense heavy.  I know @eagle45 will be happy with more 12 personnel, but Ferguson is a great fit for a receiving #2 TE... and a great value in Round 4.
