He'd still have 2 1sts, 2 2nds, 3rd, 4th, (3) 5ths and a 6th rd pick, and 2 1st rd picks in 2023.

Sounds like a smart move to me.

Things are changing.  Lots of big time top 10 trades a month before the draft last year.

If players aren't involved, then the MIN-NYJ trade from last season's draft might be indicative

To NYJ -- 14th (Vera-Tucker) and 143rd overall (traded for #162 and 200 overall)

To MIN -- 23rd (Darrisaw), 66th (Kellen Mond) and 86th (Wyatt Davis) overall.

 

If the Eagles had the 14th pick I'm not sure how I'd feel about that return, although it looks like MIN did pretty well with the picks.

As I got older my accuracy started suffering with my compound so I switched. It does have some advantages, but it also is a pain to carry in the wood and it stays cocked until the end of the day when you have to fire it to unload it.

When I was a senior in high school, I was delivering pizza in a small town, and had to drive through several areas with a lot of deer traffic.  Was coming back from a run past a local park at a lake, and saw a group in the distance.  It was just dark enough for headlights, and I saw them and slowed to almost a stop.  The group about 20-30 yards ahead of me all crossed the road, and then this dumb@ss deer I must have blinded with my headlights heard the rest of the herd move, and was right beside me, ran across the road, right into my front quarter panel, tumbled across my hood and off he went.   Did $ 1400.00 damage to my car and I was basically at a rolling stop.

It looks like Rob Maadi has just been read the EMB for the last 6 months. This would make a lot of sense. Plus, it keeps Howie employed an extra year, which he seems to factoring into decisions lately.
