Gilbert has started 1 career game and he's already on his 8th NFL team since entering the league.

I knew he got hurt, didn't know it was that bad.  Shame, he's a great player.  My hope is Jackson can be half the player he is.

For some reason we are only playing with 52 players. I guess they have enough healthy players they felt no need to elevate anyone just to deactivate someone else, but I thought Hightower would have made sense.

It's the Eagles way of doing things.  They never seem to want to fill out their gameday roster.  Makes no sense.

I'm pretty sure only 48 dress for the game anyway, 47 if they dress less than 8 OL players.  The rest are inactives.

Now, if the Eagles are only dressing 46 or fewer for the game, that might be a different issue.

I was there for the game they gave BDawk his ring (thanks @FranklinFldEBUpper ). It was a game that they never should have lost... but somehow managed to squander a 17-0 lead.

I was at the Dawkins number retirement game when they successfully iced the NYG kicker to win the game. But I think that might have been the last game I've been to that they won.
