OK cool. Sorry, having our top 10 pick, #1 WR only catching the ball 3.5 times per game isn't good if you ask me.  He needs to be a volume WR.  I want him caching 7-8 balls a game. 

The Eagles WR as a group are averaging 8 catches per game.  IMO, that isn't good.  That falls on Hurts.  He isn't good enough in that department. He's living off Goedert and his RBs right now.

You're assuming you get that. I'd trade at best a 2nd for Wilson, and maybe, 1 first for Rodgers. You can't forget, both have had better teams than what we're fielding now, and their presence alone hasn't gotten either a championship in recent years.

Some very very ugly passes from Murray on that drive.... still ends in 7.

Rodgers only has a few years left in him if that.  Packers might have a better roster and coach than us.  So are we turning that around in the 1-3 years of effective Rodgers that we will get? 

 

As for Wilson who knows if this is the start of the end for him.  We take it as some guarantee that he will play into his late 30s and maybe into his 40s.  But some QBs flame out early into their 30s.  McNabb did.  Russell is 33 and he might just getting washed as personal life stuff takes greater precedent in life.

As short as he is, he's got some weird angles to try to get the ball through.  So many balls almost tipped or just grazed.  Would drive me nuts as a Cardinals fan.  But, since we both know that those don't exist... its likely perfect that he plays there.

Yeah people have this belief we will get 3 top tier difference makers on this team, and then we wont need a ELite QB, because the team will be so good, we can just throw out a Kirk Cousins type and contend for a SB...

or better yet they think we can easily draft an eliete QB in 2023 draft, like one will be there, and we will be lucky enough for him to fall to us. in my 50 years of fandom, we have never been that lucky

I think more concerning is those picks are likely between 15-28 range. These are the players we’ve drafted in that range over the past 10 years: Marcus smith, Andre dillard, reagor, Nelson agholor, Danny Watkins. If you wanted to make it 14 you could include Barnett. We’ve been good top 12 or higher.
