If SF loses then we want the Panthers to win (up 10-9 right now) and we can still get in with the Packers win tonight.  

 

We can rest our starters next week regardless of what Dallas has going on if the Packers win tonight and either the 49ers or Panthers win their games right now.

I believe we need CAR or SF to win, and then we need GB to win.

Nope. If GB and Dallas both win this week, then GB loses next week (unlikely) and Dallas wins next week, Dallas gets the one seed
