Unless it's the big 3 or Pickett, I'm good with Hurts for another year.

Wouldn't mind a developmental QB in the early mid rounds though.

As much as I like Wilson, I would not trade for him.  For me the big 3 is Rodgers, Watson and Pickett.

I don’t play these games.

You seriously think Mariota, Winston, or Trubisky are elite, have at it.

Didn't say they were elite, I thought you were asking for options to replace Hurts.  The top stat line is Hurts this year, then Mariota and Trubisky in their second year.  Hurts 2nd year is worth than both of those guys.

Roquan is 6'1" not 6'2"  and he weighs 232 pounds (down from 236 pounds at the Draft Combine)  Dean is 6'0" and 225 pounds.  Your angels are dancing on the head of a pin.

JMO

Dean is listed at 6ft but come on, he's not 6ft tall

He may be listed at 225 but I have my doubts about that weight as well.

We'll have to wait til combine to see what he's listed at, if he comes in lighter than 225 flags will be raised, if he comes in under 6ft flags will be raised, if he comes in heavier and loses speed flags will be raised

I like Dean as a player Im not sure his lack of size translats to the NFL we'll see.

Whatever his exact height weight is only in conjunction with the conversation if whether one drafts players solely based on what conference they play in.

I said thats silly, some coaches have measurement requirements speed height weight, and won't draft outside those parameters but I don't think there are any teams that say we're going to draft these similar players over others simply because of the conference they are in.

That doesn't seem smart to me

The conversation started with elite, but since you actually provided a list, I wanted to respectfully respond to it.

We’ll just have to completely disagree that those guys make the Eagles better.

Not a moron, he's just a loser than runs back and googles every little aspect of everyones conversation to find a tiny sliver, flaw, or typo to start an argument.

Sitting in his mom's basement, following people around, looking for attention and getting into arguments.

Putting him on ignore is the best thing ive done

Do not need to google that.  Wentz did not play in the 2018 playoffs that ended with the interception off Alshon's hands in New Orleans.  Don't need to google, I picked it up as soon as I read it, because I am a real fan.

Hmm .... I quit reading after it described the woman in question as a "glamorous lingerie model"

In the pic she doesn't look glamorous, and licking toilet seats doesn't seem all that glamorous either .... sleazy seems more accuate

They are talking about this on 97.5, apparently she let the Bucs know that she tested positive for Covid, and someone offered her 10K to keep quiet about being in the team hotel.

My goodness, the aggressively anti-Hurts folks are out of control.

Bridgewater has better passing stats than Hurts this year... he would be a good stopgap QB until we get the one in 2023

Foles is also another good stopgap QB

I see absolutely no point in Winston, Trubisky or anyone of that ilk. Just go with Hurts or even Minshew.

The goal should be to obtain a clear upgrade either through a proven vet or with a prospect that has a franchise QB or better ceiling.

One of these is a clear upgrade to the other 2..............

Addressed Winston earlier, in regards to the others

61.3 completion percentage, 16 TD, 9 interceptions ( 8-7 record )

61.2 completion percentage, 26 TD, 9 interceptions ( 8-7 record )

66.6 completion percentage, 24 TD, 12 interceptions ( 11-3 record )

I think the ship has sailed on both of those guys; Foles will turn 33 at the end of January and has turned down a trade to the Eagles

Teddy is the definition of settling.  He throws a bunch of checkdowns, puts up decent numbers but gets nothing done.  I think he has 71 TD passes in 73 career games?

I’ve seen Derek Stingley down in the mid to late teens in some drafts.  Out of sight out of mind has allowed him to fall, seemingly.

No way he falls that far.

Caleb Farley was projected as a top 5-7 pick who fell due to his medical, and for good reason since he got injured again in the NFL.

Stingley's is more talented, but the medical will be very indicative of his draft status, as will the fact that he has had only 1 great year, and that was 2 years ago.

Edit: This is also the most loaded CB draft class in years, why risk a top 5 pick?

The Bucs should've just assumed she had covid from licking toilet seats.  It's not exactly following covid prevention protocols.  If there was a sex romp, chances are there was shirtlessnses and jumping jacks.  Then, after it was over, he threw the couch out the window.

Stingley hasn't performed for 2 years. Banking on his freshman season after back to back injury-plagued seasons.

This isn't an opt-out situation: there's risk with Stingley

Alright then...

Brit here. All our tabloid headlines are like this. Although the over the top headline kinda fits with how absolutely wild this whole story with AB is. Pretty sure the Daily Mail just has an algorithm they feed some words into and headlines like come out.

Can't believe teams still go near the guy. He'll show up somewhere next year in weeks 3-5 and do the same thing all over again.
