I kind of go with Milton. Felt like the emotion and it sparked them to helped them get down the field.

Man that is a small butt. How long did you have on?  I rarely do pork butts because I like along slow smoke on them. Did you pull them?  St. Louis cut half rack?

Ribs were great. Butt was overall good for my first time. A few things I would do different next time. I read a tip was to score the fat cap but that led to it pulling back and not having an even bark. I also need to get a bigger smoker. I did this on one of those dual gas/charcoal grills with an offset. Way too much work to keep a steady temp especially when throwing wood on it. Did a mix of hickory/apple.

Went to two grocery stores last night, 4.6lb was the biggest I could find. Need to go to a butcher or somewhere better next time. Had it on smoker 5ish hours, hit the stall, wrapped in foil and back on for another 2. Rested an hour.

I made the original account around 2003 I think? Those days are long gone. 

I really really hope Hurts can be the guy going forward because this upcoming draft class is all-time loaded, and if we hit with our 2+1 picks we can be set.

Agreed. And I'm not sure it is particularly loaded at QB. I mean of course this college season could change that but right now I don't think it's a great year to be going for a QB early.

It’s a mixed bag. There could be some risers, happens nearly every draft. Feels like it’s been awhile since we’ve had a draft with a QB class like this. There’s no clear 1st round guys. It’s going to make for a fun year for a draft fan

Yeah agreed. A lot can change in the next college season but right now it doesn't look great for QBs. But of course that doesn't necessarily mean they won't be good NFL QBs.
