Concerning Directv/Sunday ticket, I checked my bill seeing if they already charged me so I can jump on the phone to get a discount before the season kicks off. No charges...$0.00 under billing breakdown. I checked my alerts and the promo opportunity tab and it says I get the 2021 ST max free fir being a loyal customer. Did anyone else get for free? If it's true then I didn't even have to call for it.

I find Game Pass to be a better deal.  With Sunday Ticket, it is watch the games live and that is it.  With Game Pass, I can watch whatever game, whenever I want.  Plus I get the All 22.

I was going to make a joke that my sister got it by sleeping with the directv people, but then decided against it.

I'm not sure but I don't think so. They are signed to PS deals but get a bump in pay if they get elevated and play in an actual game. But I don't think there is anything to guarantee since its a temporary elevation and they aren't signing a new deal.

I just called to cancel the ticket on Friday and was told I get it for free for being a loyal customer. I said ok, nevermind lol.

No but I am not a huge fan of live TV football nowadays as it is. Not unusual to DVR Eagles games and college games to avoid commercials and announcers.  I really like the condensed games on Game Pass and games are available right after the final whistle. Choice of full broadcast or condensed games and All 22 comes out on Tuesday. What I discovered with Sunday Ticket is I would tend to watch the Eagles game on broadcast. If a 1 pm game, that meant the limited 4 pm games gave me an option, or vice versa.  Flipping between games or double screen were dissatisfying. So I was basically paying $250 a year for 12 games.  With Game Pass, I watch on my schedule and tend to watch the condensed games. And I love the All 22. Coaches view tape.  Better bang for my buck plus if I am traveling or my local station decides to not show a preseason game, I get it live.  And when the Fox station here decides on a Ravens or Steelers game instead of the Eagles (happens rarely but it happens) I can see the game as soon as it is over if I don’t use my VPN to make the local station broadcast think I am in a different location.
