Isn’t his dad the non football Manning?

He actually did play, supposedly was better then both Eli and Payton but had a medical condition that ended his career before it began in college. Rumor is he was a bad ass

Gannon has also been slightly disappointing. Now, he gets a leash because of the personnel he was given, but a lot still falls on him. Penalties on D have been an issue. 3 weeks and we have had 2 12 men on the field penalty. Yesterday at the goal line we weren’t even lining up correctly in time. We are using too many 3-4 looks without the right personnel. No blitzing. Corners playing with a huge cushion etc. I have no idea what the identity of the D is.

Yes, this was such a bad problem last night. Almost forgot about it. There were so many instances where we couldn't get the right amount of people on the field. Guys running off, guys running on. It was painful. Guys couldn't line up right either.

We’ve been really bad at the things that don’t take talent

If we move on from Hurts a QB option for us next year could be Carson.

I imagine we would then also draft a QB high

Takes no talent to decide not to run the ball.

I thought you were talking about bringing back Carson as in the Colts release him. I just want to see what would happen with the fan base. I’m for chaos like that earlier poster mentioned image.gif.ccc280f26f2fb744db124447cc5d3f2f.gif

When apathy sets in you root for chaos

Yup the late man on that goal line set was of course Barnett😒 he's such a waste of space.

Ill give Gannon a pass for now,he said he's going to play to his players strengths which is difficult when most of the guys on D lack any identifiable " strength".

The back 7 is just a mess and with Graham gone the DEs haven't been much better.

Hargrave and Cox can't win games by themselves they need some help.

I know that’s what you were going to think.  Because as the EIC, it’s my job to know these things.  I tricked you.

A Mcnabb/TO boxing match at halftime paired with a Wentz/Hurts QB rotation on offense.  I stopped going to Philly for games, but I'd show up for that one.

If we want to go full anarchy, let's have Lurie let the fans vote on PE.com for the draft pick when the Eagles are on the clock.  The fans can't even complain when you get a bust.

Well technically the fans who voted for the guys that didn't win the vote can still complain.

Seems like a decent consolation prize.

Doesn't surprise me, Lurie gave the green light for Vick who was criminally convicted.

Oh I’m not really surprised. @4for4EaglesNest and i have been saying this all offseason that they weren’t sold on hurts and willing to go all on on watson. It’s not really a well kept rumor. But we have fans that don’t want to believe the eagles had any interest and it was all just BS.

OK did Watson waive his no trade clause?

Otherwise he isn't coming here.

Depends on if you believe Gary Cobb who said he has a source close to watson saying he would.

http://gcobb.com/2021/08/31/deshaun-watson-would-waive-no-trade-clause-for-the-eagles/

I don't really see why any star player would choose to come here unless it meant more money for them.

Just build with the draft and start minshew next season and hopefully a qb prospect pops the following season cause this current crop coming out looks like aids

Simms and Florio are saying if push comes to shove, Watson will agree to Philly.

I actually believe that if Miami isn’t involved or wanting to pay the price the Texans ask/match whatever offer the eagles would put out there
