We play the Bucs in 2 weeks and Carlton Davis is down. The Bucs are already missing tons of CBs. We might play them without their top 3 CBs!

Can we trade Slay to the Bucs? Might get a good pick if they get really desperate.

With Jalen Hurts reading the defense they only need one CB.

it always looked like he was in over his head, treading water.    probably why he's never had a second chance on another team.

May have looked that way and still he fared better than McDermott and bowels with the same guys.

I'm tired of talking about this, eagles fans have an illogical hate for Castillo when  their anger should be directed at Washburn and Howie for putting together that dumpster fire of a roster and team.

Having said that Gannon's talent on D is worse, the guys that are paid to be impact players are old and no longer impact guys the older role players suck the you get guys suck, the only guy worth his pay check is hargrave and his contract is done year after next.

Which leaves Gannon with who?

Sweat and his 1 sack and getting abused in the run game?

A 45 year old Fletcher making 400 bazillion Dollars a year??

The future talent on D is glib.

Brady just over threw a WR in back to back throws.  Time to bench him.

Was it the left tackles fault?

LOL it's pouring. There is a difference. Hurts does that when it's dry as a bone.

His incompletions are frustrating.  Inaccurate or to the wrong guy.

He is leaving the pocket early, which doesn't show up in those numbers.

A couple games of garbage time stats.

He looks like his ceiling is the 11th-15th best QB in the league.  No man's land.

Pocket?  What pocket? I consistently saw Hurts in the pocket for 2-3 seconds, try to step up a couple times and got in trouble, was chased out more than he left.

The blocking wasn't horrid, but it wasn't that good either, especially Herbig and Driscoll.

And yes, Ward should have caught that pass, "hands" are his selling point, compare to Hill's catch along the sideline, not every pass is perfect, WRs have to make a few plays a game. if you get both hands on it . . . Eagle fans are not used to WRs making plays. Two TDs passes called back.

Hurts made some mistakes and some errant throws, but all in all, you can't play that much better behind an OL that was literally put together a few hours before gametime. Which is probably why they didn't run much, a lot of run plays require the line to work together and they had no chance to practice together and develop timing.

As long as the backup CBs can crash the LOS, it won't really impact our passing game.

Ward does not have a selling point.

Wouldn't be a bad idea to trade slay, he's never been on a winning team, I'm sure there are teams out there who are actually competing that could use his services, unfortunately I'm sure Howie would ask for 3 first rounders and Tom Brady🤔

The cowboys were missing multiple starters on the Dline and they manhandled us. Injuries on our opponents don't mean much.

Ward got a hand and two fingers on the ball. Awful throw. Too much zip. Too far in front. It would have been an amazing catch to haul that in.

So why are you in such a rush to can Hurts before he can build a body of woek himself?

Are you trying to compare Hurts situation to Brady? Ones the GOAT and ones an average at best QB. LMAO

Jalen Hurts isn't a franchise QB and I eat paint chips.

We know.

Ward is a #4 WR. Not sure what else people want from that spot. It was an issue last year when he was seeing major playing time, but I think he’s fine in his role. If JJAW wasn’t used as a 6th offensive lineman, maybe he’d get some red zone targets. He’s been in on 28 snaps all season so far, zero targets, zero catches. He has no point on this roster.

Pointing of the ridiculously high and abnormal standards of perfection that fans in this blog hold Hurts to that they would not hold to any other QB.

He puts up empty stats.

Wanting Hurts to not abandon the pocket, read the field and perform outside of garbage time are "ridiculously high" standards?

I miss Brandon Graham.
