Could do the offense too.

against Dallas, panthers and niners we weren’t very good.

against the chiefs and falcons (bad defenses) we look good.

Don't be lazy.  Do the math like I did.  :smoke:

Dallas, niners and panthers the offense averaged  15.3 points (took away the defensive td against Dallas)

chiefs and falcons they averaged 31 points

Josh Allen has 7 completions and 219 yards. Must be nice.

I actually enjoyed Olsen being as flabbergasted about Sanders going out of bounds as much as I was. Helped hammer home the point and it was relatable listening to his confusion. Especially when he said, "You gotta pull him”.

He was really hyped for the shirtless guy. I think they actually cut his mic.

I'd put the Raiders, Broncos, and Saints in the same tier as the Panthers.  Not a disaster like the bottom third of the league, but not playoff worthy like the top third.

We should be competitive with them.

Yup. They are all toss ups. Some weeks they look good, others they look terrible. Only downside is 2 out of 3 are on the road.

A few more things...

 - The 25 yard pass to Anderson on their last drive was a blessing.  Helped get the clock down to 2 minutes before Nelson's INT.  If they don't hit on that, they probably punt and our final drive looks much more difficult.

 - Our fans travel really well.  I also know that there are several fans in the region.  But still, there are times it's hard to tell if we are really on the road.

 - Greg Olson is pretty good at being an analyst.

I think Carolina always has a lot of Philly fans and it’s mostly locals who are in the state although I saw a few out of state plates on the highway of Eagles fans heading to the game. There were more Eagles fans in my section than Panther fans. One reason the game was more fun. The stadium was less than full which also contributed to the feeling it was an Eagles crowd.

Just saying we are 2-1 on the road and 0-2 at home… likely 0-3 after Thursday

I think it speaks to a bigger problem. When the ball isn’t designed to come to him you see minimal effort. This isn’t the first time either. And when he does get the ball he tries too hard to make a play. Like twice today taking a kick 4 or 5 yards deep in the end zone out.

He had a nice punt return. I don’t think he was more than 2 yards back on either kick off.

Yup. We might not get a first home win until late December too.

Maybe we should play worse teams at home.

Fans at the stadium wouldn’t have seen a home win since 2019 week 16 vs. Dallas.

Don’t get that until later in the year. However after tonight the chiefs and niners can both be 2-3

It sure looked like he was, especially on the one before the safety

That isn’t my definition of "abused”.

I didn’t think he got abused.   I just was pointing out the bad plays I saw one of which was really due to a missed snap count.  Dillard had a good game. It looked like some stunts hit home because of miscommunication and some struggles against more athletic players. Keep in mind that Carolina front isn’t bad.  Burns and Reddick are both very good.

He was farther back on that one.

Correct, you responded to my post but I was responding to the post from B55 about the conclusion he was abused. Don’t disagree with what you said.

@downundermike Nice win for you this week.

Not over yet

I also thought Davion Taylor played fairly well and had a couple of nice tackles. He seemed to sub in for both Singleton and Avery.

I fell asleep and woke up and its still halftime lol

I understand points 1-3, was just trying to clarify the timeline as you jumped my ish about Wednesday, when I was discussing he drove their on Sunday.  Just wanted to clarify that so you stop being an a-hole.

Why they sent Dom I am sure will come out in due time.  Maybe Lane was in a volatile place and needed someone to talk him down to make him come back, who knows.  Maybe Lane was having an issue with his ex-wife, and Dom was sent to protect Lane from doing something stupid.  To speculate that it is a kidnapping or threat against his family is irresponsible.

Youre a liar. Show me one time I "speculated” that this was a kidnapping.  Hint: I didn’t, you’re a liar.

Your "ahole” ad hominem attacks are just foolish. Thought you were better than this. Too bad.

you jumped first pal. Wake up

Looks like, finally, Mahomes has come back down to earth.

65 being on Sirianni's visor is interesting. Makes you wonder if Lane will play again this year.

A loss to the Jaguars next week would be monumental for us
