Yeah, I get that.  But as of now, he does not count against the dead already on the books.  I have no doubt he will retire, but, you never know.  See Jason Peters.

You are just making this up.  I was there.  There was not guys "schemed wide open all game long".  Most of the receivers in the first half were breaking their routes off at 5-8 yards.  And covered.

That is exactly what I saw on television.

Yup. It was so they didn't have to do what they did with Alshon and Malik last year. Both sides know this is the last year he'll be an Eagle, whether he retires or not.

The trouble is "your amusement" has to be seen by our eyes and you have no regard for that, like at all.

Is TheDraftNetwork site dead? They still have no prospect info up for 2022 prospects. They still have 2020 and 2021 on the site.

I think they don't update those 2022 prospect rankings until later unfortunately

Just as much a troll as the trolls he harasses in here...best to put them all on ignore.

I disagree with the first part, but the second part might be the answer.

Yeah, OK.  If trolls are going to post their lies over and over, I am going to post the facts over and over.  Get over it.

You don't seem to understand trolls at all. That's what they do, and the only reason they post is so someone pays attention to them. And every day he gets exactly what he wants from you and 4 for 4. You guys pay attention to his stupidity and he has a reason to keep coming here.

Devils advocate....if QB1 even has an average game prior to this then there wouldn't be a need for so called crunch time.

They had two interceptions (I'm not counting the last one) and a blocked punt with the attendant short fields and still only managed 21 points.

Pain in the ass skimming by all the posts by 12 year olds trying to one up each other, get a life! Ok, maybe it'll take a few years. 🥵

Goedert is a solid two way TE, he lacks the great hands to make tough catches in crowds, the deep speed to threaten the seam, but he's an above average in line blocker for a TE, he's a reliable receiver and he'll get $10+M. But he shouldn't be paid like a top 5 TE because he isn't one. But he has plenty of value.

People need to relax, it's a rebuilding year, they're gonna get a big haul next year in the draft (Howie will wheel and deal), they're auditioning a lot of guys drafted the past few years, some wil step up, some will fail:  Hurts, Gainwell, Smith, Watkins, Reagor, Stoll, eventually Jackson, Mailata, Herbig, Dickerson, Driscoll, Toth, Williams, Jackson, Taylor, Bradley, McPhearson, Wallace, Epps.  Figure 10-15 new bodies next year, and another 10 the year after. Hurts is up and down, well, look at other young QBs, it's pretty common.

I think there is a simple reason Kerrigan is struggling, he's got his hand on the ground, how often did he do that in Washington? If Graham is healthy, he's probably used more as a joker, but with Avery and Johnson, and age sapping his speed, SLB is out of the question. Avery is finally used the way he should be.

Given new schemes, new coaches, new players and a tough first half schedule, what's not to like? You expected them to come out of the gate flying?

They were 4-11-1 last year and didn't exactly go on a shopping spree, and Howie sacrificed this year to load up for next season in the draft.

You forgot Arcega-Whiteside.

He is by far the worst play caller I have ever seen for a redzone offense.  I would like to see the breakdown of how many running plays we have actually called in the redzone compared to passing plays.  I think we have only had 5 or so running plays called in the redzone this season and most of those resulted in a TD.  The rest of the plays, all passes.

So the pass plays that actually resulted in TDs that were called back by penalty were bad calls?

Disallowed Bogus Answer:  "Yes.  He should have known that his players wouldn't have been able to execute without committing a penalty."

Yes, it is almost as bad as reading pages of inane excuses for Roseman.

Well the Doug part is true but I got along okay with Doug.

Doug could talk coverages. May have been one of the best we have had on that but the other 90% of the time he liked to agitate.

Jalen Hurts is a short, limited passer with a weak arm who does not go through progressions well.  I cannot fathom handing the keys to an NFL offense to someone like that, but here we are.  As a result. I have been hesitant to judge Sirianni.  I think it's very, very hard to coach an offense with such a limited QB.

The issue with Sirianni, is that he's straddling this fine line in all the wrong ways.  I get that he needs to do what Lurie wants (that's why he was hired)...and I get that Lurie wants a pass heavy offense.  Heck, I agree with that and want it too.  Siri is adapting to Hurts' limitations by only calling 0-5 yard passes all day long...fine...but he's also refusing to adapt by running the ball.  It's as if he/they are still trying to prove to themselves and everyone else that they want a high volume passing offense.  I guess I appreciate that, because I really don't want to reach into 1990 for our offensive playbook, but the QB is who he is.

I'm perfectly fine with judging Nick. He's had some stupid plays in the redzone and doesn't run the ball. He may be limited by Hurts but he can still change those 2 things at least

Dumb*ss shouldn't get censored IMO

Not necessarily.

If his boss(es) are telling him to throw the ball, he's going to throw the ball.

Bad coaching that's for sure.  We have had two TD passes called back for the WR stepping out of bounds.  That shouldn't have happened again, the WRs should have been coached on that.  We have had two TD passes called back for illegal picks, again that should not have happened a second time.  The WRs needed to be coached on that.

Reminiscent of Miles running out of bounds twice yesterday on the final drive and not being told not to do it until the second time it happened.
