Bought in December of 2019. Refinanced a year later to 2.85%. Just brought in an architect to plan out a big addition because I ain't moving again unless I absolutely have to.

Note sure I've ever seen a "Republicans voted against the price gouging bill!" sticker, but like everything liberals try to do to combat right wing memes, it's too wordy and clearly a knockoff of a better, more original idea.

A one street "hood" with about 15 homes surrounded by small farms but still close to metro areas.

Biden most likely wont be running in 2024, the Dem policies pushing renewable energies , making it hard for domestic Fossil Fuel companies in the US, which they refuse to travel back on, are helping to create higher prices in that sector, which leads to higher prices in everything else due to petroleum use in just about every product during manufacturing and of course transportation costs. So that sticker really should be aimed as DEMS DID THAT. As soon as Biden is not running, those feelings go away for some.
