July 13, 20223 yr It just keeps getting better and better. Just imagine if Manchin and Sinema buckled on Build Back Better?

August delivery gasoline futures down over $1 since their height on June 9th

Yeah, just imagine, we'd have more money flowing into solar energy, which was the leading industry for new jobs in recent years. Just imagine the horror.

I think we’re good on jobs as of right now. Unemployment is clearly not the issue. The issue is around inflation, particularly due to energy prices and irresponsible fiscal stimulus. Try to keep up.

July 13, 20223 yr Just now, DaEagles4Life said: Then what is it? Inflation for sure, but the stimulus was needed during the pandemic and to head off the economic downturn. Jobs are still plentiful and companies are now having to pay much higher wages due to the inflation on top of a smaller workforce. The pool of good candidates is lower. What is needed is training in up and coming industries, such as renewables, to increase the pool of candidates and the higher pay. A good way of making this happen is funding renewable energy projects in areas such as coal country where jobs are still hard to find. Good paying ones at least.

July 14, 20223 yr We should be looking to build nuclear plants and oil refineries west of the Mississippi in some of the more remote areas. Hell build them right next to each other.
