It is extremely doubtful that they did.  Anytime you are dealing with a young player you need to make sure you are coaching them on everything, especially in key moments.  To not do so is negligence of coaching.

On WIP yes they were talking about "do you trust this team". This team hasn't earned any trust so far. 3 wins in 4 isn't enough to earn trust.

I didn’t even trust them the year they won the super bowl lol. Kept waiting for them to f it up.

😂 Donavan the worm burner?  People ripped his accuracy for the entire time he was here.  And Vick had a decent arm but wasn’t a smart qb. He didn’t win games with his arm.  Ever.

To be fair, Donovan was absolutely a running QB at the start of his career.  Very similar to Hurts: his first read would fall apart and he would take off.  Andy gets a lot of credit for teaching him to stay in the pocket and trust his line to make progressions instead of bailing so fast.  By the midpoint of his career, he was clearly a pocket passer above all else.
