Maybe, like so many of his comrades before him, he has "accidentally fallen out of a window" somehow....

"Today we hear from the West that they want to defeat us on the battlefield. Well, what can I say? Try it."

The hysterical reactions to fake news about an attack on Alaska are hilarious. Meanwhile, the NATO proxy war continues to disintegrate on all fronts.

Yea, no crap!

i love this clown ...

Two O's, one P, Tovarich.

Russians are responding to HIMARS attacks on its warehoused munitions by ... moving those munitions into civilian areas.

Any response for that bootlicker?

You gotta admit, his English is pretty good.  Just not good enough.

It's good enough because he's western educated and a second generation immigrant. His sentence structure isn't that if a native Russian speaker, and the words he has issues with are those that are used colloquially, such as "whooping" vs "whopping". This is because those words weren't used in the house growing up. I'm assuming his parents tried to force English on him as much as possible so their son could integrate.

That said, one if the issues with being a second generation immigrant is that they are torn between the culture of their parents and the culture of their new nation. Usually they start off with adopting, benefiting from, and growing in the new culture (see also, @vikas83). Sometimes though you have a person that initially goes into the new culture, but for whatever reason (getting bullied, social anxiety, etc), in a search for understanding and belonging, they revert back to the culture of their parents in a hard way.

Which is why Abra is so pro Russian and spews nonsense about Russia. He couldn't fit in with his new culture. So he fell back to that his parents were escaping from.

If I had to take a wild guess, he isn't on good terms with his parents.

It's textbook.

Perhaps.  I've seen the same trouble with words in dudes who were educated in the Russian system as English experts.  They are really pretty good with the basic structure but they mess up on the colloquial stuff.

Counterpoint: maybe he's just an idiot?

Self inflicted

As has been mentioned earlier in this threat regarding corruption, one thing I am noticing about Ukrainians during this conflict is that they are empowering themselves to rid themselves of it. In most developing nations, the low level corruption that is faced by most people is in law enforcement. This is mainly due to a: low wages, and b: lack of overwatch.

In this clip below, two local police officers were charging people the equivalent of $10 to go through their checkpoint and get out of harms way. Down the road, one of the citizens told this to a military unit they encountered. This is what the military unit did.

When this conflict is over, you're going to have a lot of very empowered Ukrainians. Given what I've studied and seen of Ukraine, they were bound to eliminate most of their corruption anyway, but now they have no time for bs and it's going to get taken care if rapidly.

So after the HIMARS strikes on Russian logistics, since July 8 the amount of Russian bombardment has decreased ten fold.

Combine that with the added anti-air capabilities that have been given to Ukraine, I doubt Russia will be able to get any more of a foothold.

They should have had this stuff months ago. People need to stop worrying about escalation from Western weapons. Russia won't escalate to the west because they can't afford to.

Russia will lose this conflict. It is imperative that that lose decisively, so that they do not have the force projection available to do this again to Ukraine or any other nation.

I've come to a conclusion. The Russian military is a paper tiger and not to be feared and should they make a move against NATO, will be easily defeated.

Unfortunately, they have an unlimited nuclear power, so if NATO manages to defeat them - our world will be destroyed in a couple of hours...
