A true emotional rollercoaster, and I can't believe how all the episodes were filmed with 1 take. I think that father was "Tommy" from Snatch. 🤣 Yep. He was in Gangs of New York too. He was incredible. That last scene of the final episode was really something.
March 24Mar 24 It's on the list. We just watched Running Point. One episode had some side boob but not Kate Hudson. Pretty funny show. Definitely not too be taken seriously, but entertaining. Now watching season 3 of Reacher on Amazon.

March 27Mar 27 Adolescence - Very well done until the end. The last 15 minutes tried to get all preachy and ruin it but it’s still well worth the watch.

A few episodes in I just didn't even want to watch it anymore. I didn't hate it, it just wasn't worth the time, so I watched a number of other shows before I picked it back up. I'm glad I did because it got better. The Recruit - I watched season 1 when it came out, and I seemed to recall liking it when I saw that season 2 was coming out but when I got ready to start season 2 I realized that i didn't really remember anything about season 1. I remembered some of the characters but absolutely nothing about the storyline. Probably not a good sign. I'm going to watch season 2 anyway. Similar experience with Night Agent season 2 although I didn't go back to it. I think I was 1 or 2 episodes in and didn't like it

That was an interesting show. I see why it's getting so much publicity. I had to rewatch the end of episode 1 because Spoiler I thought he was just punching the girl. I didn't realize they showed the murder scene until near the end of the season It's an interesting perspective of the show that we don't normally think about. The family of the murder

The family of the murder The acting was stellar. It had to be or it wouldn’t have worked. Curious what kind of camera they used because it actually seemed to go airborne, like a drone, at the end of one episode.

When he called to say he was taking the plea deal and the families reaction...

April 11Apr 11 Started watching Million Dollar Secret the other day. I only know Peter Serafinowicz as "Stanley with a C" from the epic guitar hero scene in couples retreat. He is the host of this reality show and I think he is playing that role so well. The show is an interesting concept. Reminds me of "Murder Mystery" or Knives Out Glass Onion. Except there is no murder. Its just the entire house trying to figure out who has the 1,000,000 dollars. They vote someone out each week that they think is the secret millionaire. Last one standing with the money wins. I havent seen this concept in a reality show yet. Its been pretty entertaining watching this cool new format. Even better with a cool host.

April 18Apr 18 North of North - Simple show but legit lol funny at times, and your wife will probably like it. The little girl flipping the bird shouldn’t be funny but dammit, at times it is.
April 20Apr 20 Movie The Good Nurse. Serial killer investigation based on a true story. Pretty good, worth watching.Without giving spoilers, this isn't a typical serial killer story. They director did a good job creating tension with the way it was shot, the dialogue and the tension between the characters.
April 22Apr 22 Ransom CanyonI'm a little annoyed. I was expecting a Yellowstone ripoff and instead I got a Texas Ranch version of Dawson's Creek.Smokeshow females, mainly Minka Kelly but episode 5 had another one show up. Bartender is decent too. Yet, you don't see much skin except for a bunch of shirtless guys. This is such a chick show. Not at all what I hoped for. It's decently written and I'll keep watching. I wanted more action and killing. Less relationship angst. It is what it is. Decent show anyway... but don't expect to be thrilled.
April 25Apr 25 The Diamond Heist - Netflix generally does a good job with their documentaries. Not this one. I couldn't even make it halfway through the first episode.
April 27Apr 27 Adolescence was just ok, I had higher hopes.Edit: I thought the whole series was counseling sessions getting inside his mind but that was one episode. I also thought there would be more episodes.
May 7May 7 The Four Seasons, 3 episodes in. Pretty darn funny. Like all of the characters. 30 minute episodes. Easy watch. @LacesOut you might find it very relatable in light of what you've shared recently. It may bring some levity to your situation.
May 9May 9 I’m very late to the game here, but it’s only because it has been such a commitment. I’m almost done Season 5 of Vikings, and it has quickly become one of my favorite shows ever. I literally watch episodes in the middle of the night because I don’t have any other time to watch it. Ragnar is one of my favorite characters ever. This show took quite a turn, but for the first few seasons, this was Sons of Anarchy in the 800s. Where is the spoiler tag? Anyway, my only gripe about this show is the women fighting. I don’t care how tough they were. If they were fighting in battles, they were getting murdered immediately. As believable as it is that Lagertha and Torvi cut through gigantic soldiers like they’re children, I find it a little insulting since they both can barely pick up the sword.
May 9May 9 Finished the four seasons. Really good comedy show. I am utterly shocked by what happened and it makes me wonder if they dont intend to make a 2nd season. It's listed as a series rather than a limited series so I thought there would be more... but I just don't know. Weird move if that's the case.
