So is Hurts, apparently. Just a hop, skip and a jump from being top 10. 

Coincidentally all three need to happen for him to get the ball down field 30 yards.

Again, outside of the passing yards that Watson had in 2020 (4-12 record) and Wentz's meltdown season from hell in 2020 you're looking at two QBs with very similiar production. 

44-40-1 record vs 28-25 record.

Take a gander at 2018-2020, taking Watson’s rookie year and 2021 out of it. Better completion %, better yards, 20+ more passing TD’s. Just stop. I don’t care if Carson was better in 2017. He isn’t now.

Jimmy G is as erratic as Hurts with 8 years experience (no upside), Wentz is a head case, Goff (are you kidding?), Mayfield is a head case. Head cases can implode a team, or why Indy and Cleveland missed the playoffs.

Wilson was the worst QB in the NFL last year, Lawrence close behind with Fields, they have more upside but a lot more downside.

M Jones/Hurts is a wash.

So about 15-17 or so. Which is where FO has him, PFF has him higher but I'm dubious.

Problem with most Brady, Carr, Dak, Cousins, Tannehill, Stafford, Rodgers, Wilson is age, Hurts could pass most of them in a year or two. Few QBs play well past 35, much less 40.

With Murray and Jackson, durability and style of play. Do you trust them more than Hurts?

Guys, I wanted Watson more than anyone, but time to move on.
