I’m guessing the Rockies theory is in coors he will see his numbers increase as it’s very hitter friendly. In 2 years when they are still not good in that division, they can trade him with those elevated numbers. I can’t imagine Bryant is extremely thrilled to be a rockie. I tend to think the market wasn’t great as it appeared to be the mariners, Rockies and Phillies. Phillies were out once they got schwarber.

The Giants had no interest in bringing him back, which concerned me. I think they should pay the luxury tax, but on its own, I preferred Schwarber. Could get 40 HRs per year in CBP.

Yikes.

Agent fluff. It’s probably a 2 year deal

The Reddick contract looks better and better.

Woah! 6 years? 20/year? Yeah sure seems like funny money

Hopefully Reddick has signed his contract, may pull a Gregory on us after seeing that deal.

Teams don't ever work quietly though

Sure would be nice to have a QB that makes us the destination for top free agents, and had a GM that did not destroy our cap situation.

Anytime you want to do something, Howie.

Waaay too quiet since the Reddick signing. But for most teams, it has been the same way. Either he's about to reel in Watson or make another trade.

He caught some teams by surprise with the Dolphins trade, etc...now people know his game and he has nothing.

This is all Julian’s fault

At some point you gotta add a starter in the secondary or off ball LB. Pretty annoyed at the reasonable Myles Jack contract.

Eh I dunno how reasonable that is for what the guy's role would be here. I like him too though.

You guys are hilarious. Yes, the entire league is out to get Howie Roseman and will never trade with him again. No free agents wanna come here because they heard Howie micromanaged Doug Pederson. Suuuure. Get outta here.

Idk. I don’t hate the signing. But i also don’t trust Schwarber. I hope he does. I feel like he is off and on depending on the year. And his defense isn’t good.

if it’s a cheap contract for Howard it’s not a bad risk as he has upside. However he has really had never become what everyone thought since being drafted by the Bucs.

Seems like a lot but then again he's only a year older than when Reggie White signed with the Packers.
