I still don't understand this. The Texans are allowing him to talk to teams that he hasn't waived the no trade clause for BEFORE meeting those teams?  If he did waive it for all the teams he had meetings with, how does he have any say in where he goes?  Wouldn't that be up to the Texans and which deal they feel best about for THEM?  If Houston's allowing him to meet with teams without him pre-waiving the no trade clause to that specific team that's a huge waste of time.

He’s willing to waive it for the teams he met with and Texans are letting him meet with them if the parameters of a trade are pre-approved

The Jets are spending $15M a year for Uzomah and Conklin.

I know the Eagles didn't do it with Foles.  How many times has it actually happened in the past 2-3 years vs. reporters "speculating" about it?  (Seems like these "scenarios" are drummed up every off season by reporters but rarely (if ever) actually "happen".
