2.5M for a safety of Harris' caliber is good value. He knows the system and doesn't kill you.

That’s one way to spin it. I think another would be we made competitive offers and players preferred to be elsewhere. It happens. If we were in better cap shape, we could have topped those offers. It’s OK to splurge with the right player. I’m not saying go full-Jaguars. 

Hopefully we get some steals in FA because it’s been disappointing so far. 

Obviously the Eagles hoped/expected better themselves.

  Not sure I agree.  We saw him last year.  Pretty terrible.

Tbh, I'd rather keep Dillard for depth. The most I can see them getting for him is a 3rd

He had a pretty bad season. I'm not mad they're bringing him back on that deal. Maybe he can return to the player he was in Minnesota
