Robert Woods is a top 32 WR, so at worst he's a good number 2.

I've actually needed to replace the old one for a while, but it's never been a very good system. If it's below about 50 outside, it can't heat, just blows somewhat cool air. If it's above about 75, it REALLY struggles to cool and can maintain about 76. But if it's above 95, forget about it. 

We've made due by using gas logs in the winter and a portable AC for the family room in the summer (along with a small space heater for that room in the winter). 

As  a Building Contractor, I would explore small wall-mounted units to enhance  room by room heating/cooling, usually referred to as "Mini- Splits", A wall hanging AC/Heating Unit that, in your case , with Existing Gas Service, operates on a room by room "Built-in" thermostat configuration. Excellent for Retro-Fits and additions to existing HVAC Systems that are not quite adequate to current demands. Pricing is reasonable for the units and installation is straightforward .

He’s 31 by the season, and coming off an injury. $13.5M? Nah. Go get someone in the 25-27 age range. Tyler Boyd or Laviska Shenault come to mind.

I was one of a handful on here who were very high on Shenault out of the draft.  He’s 23 and doesn’t turn 24 until October, and I don’t think JAX has gotten the most out of him.

Still 2 years left on his rookie deal.  If he could be had for a 4th rounder I’d jump all over that deal.

I'm a little curious about a bust for bust Reagor for Shenault trade. 

But I'm not sure Jax would even entertain that.
