I was one of a handful on here who were very high on Shenault out of the draft.  He’s 23 and doesn’t turn 24 until October, and I don’t think JAX has gotten the most out of him.

Still 2 years left on his rookie deal.  If he could be had for a 4th rounder I’d jump all over that deal.

Hard pass. Dude has shown very little

I'm a little curious about a bust for bust Reagor for Shenault trade.

But I'm not sure Jax would even entertain that.

We all know Doug pointed a gun at Howie and made him draft Reagor over Jefferson, so it might work.

There are busts...and then there are Reagors'

Never imagined they could replicate Agholor and JJAW but they did and then some.

At least he doubled what Reagor has shown

What's the last trade the Flyers have come out on top of?

Some of you are getting awfully upset about not signing any FA WRs. Did you forget who our QB was?

expain pittsburgh, they are getting receivers and they have no qbs, and aaron rogers, he the best qb and he isnt getting no receivers either, it has nothing to do with qbs, it's the money.

That is really interesting - considering they host official content, etc.

Their bounce rate is very large and duration is low....  Shows the relative lack of interesting content they have is reducing what people do on their site.  I'd be interested to know what discussions they may have had internally with those numbers, especially after removing the message boards, and with the advertisers on their platform.

I'm curious to know what their numbers were before dumping their most loyal fans from their site. We visited PE.COM (the boards were part of PE.COM), every single day (for most of us). So they had a direct line to us, and they opted to sever it rather than use it.

Eagles are likely looking at younger players than Woods.

Don't think they're going to add anyone before the draft unless it's someone dirt cheap or trade.

As  a Building Contractor, I would explore small wall-mounted units to enhance  room by room heating/cooling, usually referred to as "Mini- Splits", A wall hanging AC/Heating Unit that, in your case , with Existing Gas Service, operates on a room by room "Built-in" thermostat configuration. Excellent for Retro-Fits and additions to existing HVAC Systems that are not quite adequate to current demands. Pricing is reasonable for the units and installation is straightforward .

Just a thought, worthy of some easy research. Stay warm, Stay cool.   Cheers  B-)

... and Donated....👍

I'll look into that, but even if things stay as is, we can get by. If it was the bedroom side of the house that didn't have heat or cooling, that'd be a far different story lol.

But the gas logs can heat the dining room, living room and kitchen pretty well. The Family Room is actually a large bedroom that was added to the house about 10 years before we bought it (the previous owner was embezzling from the bank that she worked at and did all kinds of home improvements/additions... then went to prison so that others could enjoy those improvements lol).

The family room is hard to heat or cool, it's always hot in the summer and cold in the winter, even though there's good insulation. So an oil filled space heater does the trick in the winter and a portable AC in the summer. I had to modify a wall so that the AC could properly vent, but it works well.

It just sucks to have to do those things. But it probably saves on electricity since we're not running the main unit.

Allegedly, Reagor has been working out with Kaepernick and it’s said that he’s in the best shape of his life. I saw about 30 seconds of him rolling to his right…., so the next person to say my dude Strong is slow and not an athlete, needs to get punched in the sack.

Lol

Howies just lying now

And no way would they trade him to one of the only two good teams in the NFC

It’s becoming painfully obvious that Agents and teams use the fact that the Eagles are aggressive as not only a tool to create leverage against other teams but to provide additional prestige to players that didn’t garner much interest around the league.

Makes you rethink how truly involved we were in these discussions, especially with respect to the QBs.

Yeah... Eagles look to be very aggressive right now.  🥱

Sounds a lot, on the surface, like the efforts of some keyboard weenie working for PE .com directed to perform a function (Edwin is that you?)  We know how it went down , that's why we're here.

Past is prologue. Moving forward, this is the place, this is NextGen. Enjoy, Utilize or be Gone. No time for Posers..

I never said Hurts was the reason we weren’t getting WRs. I was merely stating that Hurts is the reason I’m not getting upset about not getting WRs. There’s a difference.

Though, to be honest, we don’t know how receivers around the league view Hurts. If I had to guess, I’d say some view him as a very limited passer and would rather go elsewhere. But that’s beside the point.

To me, signing a WR in free agency is a waste of money. I’d rather spend whatever money we have on defense.

I’m not sure why it’s so hard to understand that this team is not going to contend this year, or the next few years.  The next couple years is all about drafting young talent and developing them.  We do not need to be signing stopgap FAs.  There is absolutely zero reason for it.

Exactly why I don't think they needed to sign a stopgap In Harris, sure he's cheap-ish but if one is going to just run back trash because one doesnt plan on contending plenty of you get guys that might at least have some upside

Harris has zero upside and is just a mediocre stop gap 👎

A veteran who actually cares about technique, and film study can be a big help to a young core of receivers, they know the weak points of every CB and S in the league.
Someone like Metcalf would take a ton of pressure off Smith and Watkins on the field, off the field I’m not sure he cares enough.
Jarvis Landry may not be the perfect fit on the field, but during TC and practice weeks he’d be a huge help to Smith and Watkins.  Then again according to some fans who live by combine testing numbers, Landry shouldn’t even be in the NFL.

Yep. Reports of "He won’t waive his no trade clause to go to Philly” really create leverage in trade negotiations.

Teams across the league getting better and the Eagles add one decent pass rusher…Am I the only one shocked Watson chose Cleveland over Philadelphia? This team has fallen off a cliff

Yup...any WR we go after needs to have a very, very, very large catch radius.   Otherwise it's not a fit.

I like Shenault but feel he and Quez are both at their best in the slot. We really need a big X with talent. Three guys I’m targeting in the draft outside of R1…Alec Pierce, Christian Watson, and George Pickens. Bigger bodies with large catch radiuses that can still make big plays downfield.

That’s a valid point, and I don’t disagree with you. But I find it hard to get excited about what our WR core could be while having to be reminded of how it can’t be until we get a real quarterback.
