That's a haul!  Especially for a team that knows how to draft.

Yes, you're in the minority.  He's a 6 time pro bowler and a 3 time all pro.  He's also only 28 which means that he should have at least a few more productive years in front of him.  When I watch the Chiefs play, he looks like the spark plug that makes that offense go.  If I had to guess this is about the fact that he only has a year left on his contract and he will probably get a pretty big raise next year.   The Chiefs either can't or won't match whatever huge offer he gets.

I'm in the same minority. Wayyyyyy too much for him

I swear Eagles trade for Devante Parker has been brought up every year for the last 10 years

He's a 28 year old speed receiver who wanted an extension to carry him into his early/mid 30s. He's better than DeSean, but as a comp -- DJax fell off a cliff starting with his age 31 season. He's not the type of guy who lasts into his mid 30s.

DeSean can still play at a high level and, even at 35, run away from almost every DB in the league. He didn't fall off as much as he got injured more frequently.

Yeah, anyone who thinks Miami got the better of the deal is dumb, drinks white claws and pumps iron, with his shirtless buddies in the basement.

And refuses to eat meat

Great use of resources to compete for the 7th seed

That's. The. Point.

Small speed guys break down and can't stay on the field.

You’re welcome

The Dolphins are so stupid, lmao.

All that to finish in 3rd place in the afc east and miss the playoffs

Eh I guess, but you're looking at whether they'll retain enough speed and stay healthy. Joey Galloway lasted longer.

May be an image of 1 person, playing football and text that says 'Tyreek Hill to the Chiefs after one day of JuJu and Jackson making TikToks in the ocker room...'

If Tua flops they will get rid of him faster than the Colts did with Wentz but nobody will trade for him.

Desean was never worth being paid as the top WR in the league. Hill is better than DJAX but there are still at least 5 WRs I’d take over Hill at this point in their careers.

2 picks in the top 50, 3 additional draft picks, and enormous cap space that can be used to add OBJ/Will Fuller/trade for someone else PLUS bring back Mathieu.

I’ll take that every day of the week over Tyreek Hill. He’s very good, but few receivers are THAT good.

Oh look, its Kenny Pickett

Chiefs with 2 1st rounders have ammo to move up now, especially if some WRs get off the board. Will make it easier for us to trade down.

Dolphins are morons

Maybe if actual Dolphins were running the team they would not have done something so dumb.

Follow the Chiefs. Tyreek Hill is why they have been an elite team. They no longer are that today, as of this trade. Don't like it short to mid term. Reid will draft well I am sure and they will still be good. Other teams got much better and they took a step back for sure. I would have resigned him for the 4/120M. This is like Eagles losing TO. Superbowl window now closed. Guessing he and Mahomes were at odds as well. Reid the coach couldn't squash that. Once again!

Even though I would never do that deal, both trade compensation and contract, it's so depressing seeing moves like that while listening to Ray Didinger tell me how Zach Pascal is actually a really good WR.

There are a ton of WR's in this draft that can replace Tyreek Hill.  Chiefs offense started to get figured out when the took they deep ball away from Hill.  This may actually be good for them.

I get it’s a crazy haul and contract, but I feel fans say that every year. By the time the team has to worry about it, caps have gone up, moves can be made, and we’re all scratching our heads going "with what money?!” "For that price?! Let "x” team have him”

Moving on, when is Michael Pittman Jr. available? 🤣
