Just watched it on youtube... 100% real.  Chris couldnt think straight afterwards and you could just see the nervousness in his face.  Smith looked legit heated sitting there after. 

When Rock tells the joke, Will laughs it off, but you can see that Jada didn't like the joke.

Maybe she said something to Will that set him off.

Look, if my wife had a condition that made her loser her hair, and some dude made fun of her, I’d slap the crap out of them too. Some jokes aren’t funny.

Just saying I’d been more upset about the dude that was in an "entanglement” with my wife then a dumb joke. Not that i would’ve made that joke. Not in good taste at all. But I’d bet Chris rock didn’t know her condition and thought it was for a role or some show.

I didn't watch the whole video so is that what Rock said or did you just make that up?

Seems this isn't the first time Rock maybe went a bit too far and making a joke personal about a woman.  I remember years ago watching the Howard Stern Show and he had Fiona Apple on after some awards show where Rock made comments/jokes about Apple being so thin.  She said to Stern "He's one to talk.  He looks like a burnt matchstick".  Everyone in the studio lost it.
