Fair, I should of worded better.

The really most valuable player to his team year in and year out and not the token quarterback that year with the best numbers.

So, Henry missed however many games last year, and they still were the #1 seed without him. Maybe he's not as valuable as you think. And, I might add, I don't think he's going to be any less injury prone going forward, as he's got a lot of wear and tear on him. Titans are headed in the wrong direction, at least on offense, IMO.

A 1 seed who lost by 3 points to the team who eventually played for the Super Bowl is fine by me.

Not to mention the perennial MVP was just coming back from 8-10-12? weeks(I forget) of injury.  I also said it on here that the Titans wanted anyone but the  Bengals out of the 4,5,6,7 seeds.

My guess... Titans will be a top 4 seed, host and probably win a playoff game and depending on the draw could see and have a good chance of the SB next year. hokum

😂😂

Man titans aren't going to the SB or if they do they will lose. Not with that brand of football.. u mention a 3 pt loss but also failed to mention they had damn near the same amount of possessions as CIN. You also are undermining that alot of TEN drives started off in favorable field position. You know 9 QB sacks and repeated pressures do that. Still that offense couldn't score anywhere close to what it should've to win.

I have no reason to say this, but part of me wouldn't be at all surprised if the Eagles draft George Pickens in the 1st round.  He seems to be one of those players that goes in the first round that the media just don't predict he will.

So they depended on Tannenhill, got the 1 seed but his contract is dumb?

I didn't fail to mention ISH. If you think a 1 seed isn't a SB contender I can't help you.

I wouldn't be happy with Tannehill on that contract. I don't think it's dumb necessarily, as he's a good fit there with the scheme they run. I just don't think Tennessee scares anybody come playoff time. And personally, I hate the offense they run.

I really do want George Pickens on this team. His potential is through the roof imo

Not sure if anyone watched the hour long video I posted on WRs last night.  Major news on there was that Burks isn't just an issue of slower than expected 40 time.  The issue for scouts was that he apparently showed up out of shape.

So you have a really raw player, who lacks motivation to show up in tip top shape for his biggest interview ever.

He also battled weight issues at Arkansas.

347 hours to go.

Wonder how Jalen Reagor is feeling with these WR visits?  Is it motivating him?  Will that work at all?  Now some WRs can take a couple of years to develop.  Since they also brought in Marcus Jones, does Reagor realize he has to beat out JJAW on STs too?  ((just joking. Pascal signing clearly indicates JJAW’s career is over.  He’s probably sitting home with mom holding an umbrella to shade him and meditating about it.)  Hope they realize that Greg Ward and Quez Watkins are surely out there working to get better.  Quez needs to realize that any early WR is the difference between him starting or being the #4 WR.  Bet Pascal also realizes that Watkins is also gunning to be at least the #3.  So literally the battle for #5 may be between Reagor, JJAW and Ward.   Reagor does cost more in dead money but that’s why the Eagles are drumming up trade rumors. Cuts his cost in half.  JJAW cut cost is miniscule. Draft two WRs and Watkins could be the #5 WR. (Then again, maybe they move JJAW to Hback and everyone has to eat crow because AFan suggested it. Of course, he and Stoll had similar reception totals last year and were primarily blockers, so……….)

Completely ignore the points I made as well. Also no.. how can you be a true contender for first place when opponents are better equipped to win the post season matchups. This is why I hate media driven narratives. Green Bay bc of Rodgers is a "SB contender". Let me know when they get back there. Keep getting eliminated by the same 2 styles of football for 10 years.

So we agree for the most part.

- IMO, anyone who's a 1 seed, with home field, is a SB contender. I think, for the most part, a good team who's hot, and makes the playoff is a Super Bowl contender. so each year my contenders about about 8-10 teams. Titans are usually one of them.

- I also hate there offense. But I think it's a new wave. The rams, 49ers and even when the chiefs were doing well they leaned on the run a lot. Not comparing the Titans offense to the chiefs, but it used to be pass opens up the run and now it's getting back to the run opening up the pass.

-Side note, the Eagles have the welfare version of every aspect of the Titans offense. except maybe O-line

Looking right now on the betting app I use, has the Super Bowl winners in order of odds as:

Bills

Bucs

Chiefs

Rams

Packers

Broncos

Chargers

49ers

Cowboys

Browns

Ravens

Bengals

Titans

Why? A 4th on a punter? GTFO. Hate London, hate the TE in round 3 pick too. Terrible draft.

P in the fourth. Hell no.

I like Ruckert. I think he's probably the best TE in this class.

Love Araizia but agree a 4th is more than I want on a punter. Even a really good one.

I don't hate London. Love Davis. Walker and Thomas and Emerson are good picks.

Brugler's draft would be very good. Solves a lot of needs.

Tyler Smith there would be good. Stoutland could turn him into a monster.

Yup, most of TATE have ben drafting Araiza in the 7th in their mocks and I think it's more realistic he goes before the 7th.

4th might seem a bit high but he wouldn't be the first punter to go that high.

Eagles really need a punter and he's the best one in a while.

How many Howie's today boys?  Chiefs moved up for Jameson Williams and Detroit for Willis.

If we were actual contenders with a few holes to fill, sure, you could talk me into a punter in the 5th-6th round. For as many holes as this team has, taking a punter in any round is malpractice. You can find UDFAs easily enough.
