correct. but if you see someone flip you off and proceed to follow you and pull in to the same place you stop at,  you are likely to think they are up to no good. Its amazing how many of you never learned common sense avoidance of conflict and what road rage is, and how dangerous it is. You stay far away from that. Westbrook was wrong.
