Max Mitchell (OT La-Lafayette) fits the bill nicely - just turned 21, with all the raw materials for Stoutland to work with.

Remarkable athlete. Very nimble on his feet. Very strong upper body. Has a strong stiff arm that he uses well to neutralize a speed rush effectively. Lower body strength leaves some room for improvement. At times, shows a suitable anchor. Other times, he’s not as consistent. Recovery flashes decent. Keeps chopping his feet looking for that spot to settle.

Hand placement looks great at times. Very strong hands. Stays with it even through intense attacks. Mitchell calmly puts the hands away through punches and works around it. Very measured, the game looks slow to him. Overall good strength. Looks a little bit stiff at times. Got a lot of help in pass protection, whether from the guard or a chip from the running back working out of the backfield. Will often step out too wide and give up the inside while working into his set.

Very strong run blocker. Consistently gets that push off the line to create space. Works very well into the second level. Louisiana ran a zone scheme offense that often relied on their linemen to play an RPO style scheme. There will be some learning curves to make to adjust to the next level. Understands his assignment well at most times and makes the proper decisions to make the rep a success. Very smart.

What are we supposed to get.  The NFL has a hard cap, you cannot buy a championship.  And if you are saying FA and trades are buying a championship, then the Eagles bought theirs.
