Pickens at 51 if they don't get a WR in round 1 would be ideal.

if Pickens is there at 51, they better sprint to the podium with that pick.

Meant to put down 2nd (and change) since I don't know the value off hand. I'd expect them take Wilson there but was curious what other people thought since some people are very WR resistant currently.

Fair enough. So 15 down to 28/29 for the going rate. Based on the trade chart that would be something like 15 for 28/29, a 2nd, and a 3rd OR 4th. I would still take Wilson but that would be tempting.

Same with Christian Watson but I think there's less of a chance he is there. Hard to say with this draft. I don't ever remember a more polarizing draft when it comes to figuring out where a lot of these players are going to go. I expect chaos and many surprises on draft night.

Pickens not Pickett lol

Considering the new cost of free agent WR’s, they might go early and often in the draft.

Who do you pick between the two if they are both sitting there?  Watson's measurables are through the roof.  Pickens was a flat out stud pre injury and last year he was just getting back in to playing shape.

I like Pickens more. Watson has good metrics but his drop issues worry me.

What combo of picks would most disappoint you? I’m talking about names that have been talked about as going in the Eagles range, not them taking guys projected in the 3rd round or something obviously.

Wyatt and McDuffie to me would be the most disappointing combo, and unfortunately I have a feeling it could end up going down that way. I’m way out on both of those guys, McDuffie more than Wyatt, but both.

Karlaftis and Corral would be my worst outcome. Doubt we go QB so I‘ll go Karlaftis and Stingley.

I know you all love Stingley as a top corner in the draft but we need a corner that stays healthy and Stingley just isn‘t on the field enough for me to be happy with him in the first.

I would be happy with either one of them. I would probably go with Watson since there are some injury concerns with Pickens.

Man you are the king of bad takes…

I would take Pickens at 18. I think he will definitely end up being top 3 in this class, but I have a hunch he will be the best when we look back a few years from now. A little crazy but I don't want to miss out on him.

No way, hes a reach at 18. I can see the 2nd round but no way I would take him in the first round.

Now I could see this year being like 2017 when a lot of WRs go off the board in the top 10 along with DEs and Gardner. I would not be surprised if 3 wrs went that early by draft day.

We are trading Jalen Hurts, the #15 overall and the New Orleans first rounder in 2023 to the Texans for the #3 pick in this year's draft.

" With the 3rd pick in the 2022 draft, the Philadelphia Eagles select Kenny Pickett, QB, Pitt. "

Howie gets his man.

Watson has a 12.9 % drop rate , that is awful , pass

Going to be honest, Your mocks have been pretty bad.

Sadly though Howie hasnt had a greatest track record so you might just be onto something.

Sadly my prediction was pretty close to that but I had us trading up with the Jets at #4 using 15 and 18 to grab Pickett.

Would i be happy with it? NO, but it has been my gut for a while. id be perfectly fine with Pickett at 15 or even if they moved up slightly. Just not a fan of moving up that high to get him, but I can see it happening.

DeathByEagle loves Pickett in the first round. A resounding endorsement.

Well, Ive been saying Pickett was going to be our first rounder since Oct/Nov. Was a bit telling when Howie who doesnt go to college games to scout all of a sudden goes to 3 of Picketts games after the Eagles completely changed the Offense to a running base when Hurts played like total crap when given the ball in his hands 90% of the games.

Mathieu wasn’t signed within 24 hours. I’m shocked, shocked I tell you

If they loved Pickett and really were considering him Siriani, Howie, and Lurie would have taken him out to dinner, not Johnson.

I’m a no on Stingley as well, but I think it’s likely he’ll be there and Howie falls in love with his freshman tape

Despite him getting crushed by Smith I have no problem with his play. I just have a problem with him not playing at all.

You don;t know how the game works do you? You don;t want to tip your hand and make everyone think it. Thats why you interview all QBs at the combine or visits. If you look at the past with Howie, he doesnt really have a lot of interaction with the players he really wants to throw people off the trail. All Howies time with Pickett was during the season. Not to mention it was kinda funny Pickett was on the Eagles sideline during the Eagles vs Saints game in Philly. Howie has had plenty of time to talk to Pickett then one dinner where everyone was watching.
