Yeah.  That was awful.  Raptor hooks him, then pushes off him and he gets the call against him.   Gross.   His second was at best ticky tack, as well, at worst it was just an egregious error.

Congrats on the move.  My employer only did commercial lines in the US.  While I started out my career doing both, I preferred commercial lines.  Enjoy. (And, yes, the pay was much better but the claims could be much more,complex.)
