I came away from that more impressed with their QB. He didn't get much separation on a lot of those catches. Give him props for making the catches but not super impressive highlights.

yeah. Not much separation from bad DBs. I dont know what the hype is for this guy. Looks like a bust considering how highly hes ranked. 

Chris Simms thinks Jordan Davis and Devonte Wyatt are both top 10 talents in this draft. Thinks Wyatt's film at Georgia is better than Quinnen Williams' at Bama a few years ago. Calls Davis a better version of Vita Vea. His rankings:

He was a project QB coming out of a college that does not produce great NFL QBs. There was always going to be a learning curve for him, it was just a matter of whether he would take to coaching and become a better player. I think the jury is still out on that. 

I don't disagree with the 'great NFL' Qbs part.  But he comes from Alabama and Oklahoma who have EACH put more QBs into the league in the last 5 years than any other school has in the last 10-20.  Oklahoma produced Jackson (1st round pick), Mayfield (#1 overall), Murray (#1 overall) and... Hurts (2nd round pick).   Or for Alabama, Mac Jones (top 20 pick), Tua (top 10 pick) and Hurts (2nd round pick).

Disqualified. Im sure alot of alumni are laughing hysterically at that. No way no how thats the best defense we've seen, football gods grave rolling after that take. Davis is not close to vita vea, did ppl watch him at Washington on all snaps instead of highlights and a few games..

Although unlikely, pretty happy with this one.

I picked players I thought the eagles would pick given what was available.  Id didnt go well for a defensive draft early without reaching way down the board.
