Yeah... it's a confidence issue at this point. If you watch his college footage... he didn't get open, but he could make those tough, contested catches. I think it's all in his head now. Hard to fix that.

What happens in Philly that WR get mental issues? Nelson Agholor, JJAW and Reagor.  All of them effed in the head when the get here.

Two 1st round picks and a 2nd.  Why do the Eagles have these issues?  Are they completely ignoring interviewing these guys?  There has to be a reason.

We haven’t exactly had stability at QB but they likely just didn’t have what it takes coming into the league.

They just can't play.

Right, but all three had mental issues.  It gets in their head and they can't get it out.  Something has to be up.  Whether they can play or not is another topic.

TEs still need to catch the ball

Howie is so stubborn that he just can't admit it was a failed pick

Never thought I would be envious of the skill positions on the Dolphins.

RB- Raheem Mostert, Chase Edmunds, Myles Gaskin

WR- Tyreek Hill, Cedric Wilson, Jaylen Waddle...wild card, Lynn Bowden Jr.

TE- Mike Gesicki

If Tua is even an average QB, that offense should be a lot of fun to watch.  If he bombs, Teddy Bridgewater could be productive with those targets to throw to.

Just saw they have Daeshon Hall too.  Guy is hanging around and only 26.  Always thought he had more talent then a lot of the players the Eagles kept over him.  Would like to see him have success.

Rosters as is right now, I’d bet anything we finish with a better record than they do.

OL/DL > WRs, RBs any day.

I think that's overplayed by the media. But yeah, of course someone will struggle with confidence when they're not performing their job well - one that millions of people watch you do and are ready to boo you for.

I understand what you're saying but it really does seem like, at least IMO, that there's a bigger issue here.  Lots of players don't play well but they either grow and get better or snap out of it.  Philly media does not help any of it either.

Eh, I view this as JJAW playing the odds and thinking he has a better shot of sticking on the roster as a TE than a WR.  Plus, no need "admit he's a failed pick" before you have to trim the rosters.  Let him try. Cut him if (when) he loses out to Jackson/Stoll + whatever draft pick/UDFA we grab.

He'll be our Jimmy Graham

Well, at least JJAW is a good blocker. Our offense is one read and fun anyway. So all you need is one WR, a decoy WR and Goedert. So if you’re gonna have a second TE on the field who will never see the ball come his way, at least he can block.

Howie doesn't know how to draft WRs. Sirianni coming in with his expertise being WRs I'm sure helped in keying in on DeVonta to draft.

I hate reading this. We need a QB so badly.

I think you're mistaken because we have qbs.

Lol. It’s happening!

Obviously a blocking TE.  I mean what is the difference between HBack and what he has done the last two years?

Lots of players don't play well and are out of the league in a hurry. Average NFL career is only 4 years.

JJAW just isn't good, flat out.  Reagor seems to have a **** work ethic and isn't as all in and focused on taking his profession seriously and putting in the work to get better like a DeVonta Smith does.

Agholor had mental issues but that isn't what I'd say JJAW and Reagor have.

Thanks to all who weighed in on my question regarding legal ethics. This episode has been transformative for me, and not in a good way. I am disillusioned and I no longer have any loyalty to the institution. The diversity officer, according to Title IX, is supposed act as an independent investigator and is obliged by law to treat the plaintiffs and defendants equally. The diversity officer lied to us, made prejudicial statements to the witnesses, and withheld information and resources.

Oh well, this will all come out in the forthcoming lawsuit.

Does your colleague have the right to litigate?  If this was binding arbitration, the grounds for suit are very limited.

I would be curious to know who scouts the WRs or if there has been any turnover there. Where does Howie get his info to make some of the most boneheaded decisions at WR?

(3:15) #5 DT DeMarvin Leal (Texas A&M): "He's a D-tackle with a splash of D-end."

(7:00) #4 DT Eyioma Uwazurike (Iowa State): "He gave Linderbaum all he could handle."

(12:10) #3 DT Travis Jones (Connecticut): "Whoa! He's 325 and moves like THAT?!"

(17:10) #2 DT Devonte Wyatt (Georgia): "The film is better than Quinnen Williams."

(22:30) #1 DT Jordan Davis (Georgia): "He's Vita Vea with more athleticism. He's a can't-miss."

Take that, HE!
