I will lose it if the Eagles:

*Finish RD1 without a DB of some type

*Draft an OL in RD1

*Move up to take a WR

I bake mine. Toss with Tajin ( a Mexican spice blend), Clasico-142g_1-127x300.png berbere (a hot African spice  blend), dried tarragon, and baking powder. Roast 45 minutes at 375.

I make a quick dressing of soy sauce, brown sugar, and sambal Huy Fong Sambal Oelek Paste By Weee! in equal parts and brush it on the wings 10 minutes before taking them out of the oven.  Salty, sweet, hot, and savory, and the baking powder makes them crispy.

Did you use the old Microsoft Paint to make this post?

I just saw a recipe for grapes with Tajin sprinkled on them...not so sure about that.

Easy

The defense needs an infusion of young talent.  Barnett is the only first or second round choice on defense still here since 2012 -- and Barnett shouldn't still be here based on his play.

WR can wait until Round 2 or 3.  There is supposed to be depth at the position; take advantage of that.  Since 2018 the Eagles have drafted 8 offensive players in Rounds 1 and 2.  0 defensive players; that's zero, starting with a 0.

Draft defensive guys early and often.  Five picks in the top 101 -- 4 of them should be on defense.

It's tough to say at certain picks because this draft is unusually unpredictable more so than other drafts.

Some first round guys I like that might be at those picks.

Jordan Davis, kyle Hamilton, stingley, Jermaine Johnson, treylon Burkes, Garrett Wilson I like, not sure about Karalaftis, a guy like Jameson Williams I think would have more value to me over karalaftis. Devonte Wyatt I like a lot who knows where he goes or any of these other players???, Ive heard whispers of Jermaine Johnson being first edge off the board

Like I said it's tough.

I'm not super opposed to taking Jameson Williams at 15 he has the potential to be a desean Jackson like game breaker and I worry 3 1st round WRs 3 years in a row is Detroit lionesque, though on their 4th try they got Calvin Johnson so🤷‍♂️ along with the Injury and uncertainty of hurts it's just a lot to weigh

Yeah for sure it depends how the board breaks, of course.

I'm undecided on Jordan Davis. Obviously there's the freakish combine measurables. Knowing that you're secure against the run up the middle does open a lot of possibilities for the defence in the way the linebackers and safeties can be used. I get that. It's awesome. But at the same time, he's not a 3 down player. 15th overall is a hell of a price to pay for a guy you can't use on passing downs. In a passing league. You can get that much later in the draft. Or in FA. I know with his 40 time that it should seem like he can rush the passer but I listened to Greg Cosell and his view was that Davis showed great strength (i.e can't be moved) but had no power (i.e strength + velocity / strength-in-a-hurry). He said occasionally he'll walk a centre back into the QB but it's a rare occurrence. I think he only played 20 snaps a game in college? If even they won't use him on passing downs, there must be a very good reason why.

No idea what they're thinking, but alright. 🤣

While I agree with everything you said, it really depends on how the draft falls.  If for some reason the first 14 picks are very defensive heavy, they have to consider taking the #1 or #2 WR/QB? Over taking the 6th best DE or 5th best CB.... This looks like a great draft year to go bpa regardless of position...We need so much that literally any position would help.

Patriots are sick and tired of seeing Howie win the 6th and 7th rounds.

I get the hesitancy with Davis as a top 15 pick.

I think the justification for Davis that high would in the hopes that he can have the same impact vita vea has in the Bucs defense,he's a game changer even if he doesn't get sacks, and Davis the thinking goes has the athletic ability to potentially be adequate as a pass rusher, potential is always a scary word but he's got a lot and I think he fits what Gannon wants to do on D in a 5-2 hybrid defense

Realistic Draft Nightmare - Trade up to 12 and draft London.

I mean getting a Vita Vea would be great and well worth the draft capital but yeah... those smarter than me don't see that kind of power. Time will tell...

Fortunately, it appears Burks, Olave, Williams and Pickens have been more closely tied to the Eagles in the pre-draft process.  I don't think Howie has reached the level of dumb yet it would take to aggressively pursue London.

The best compliment to Devonta is a quarterback.

Thibodeaux with a trade up just makes so much sense given our roster construction.

Yup, and cosell generally knows what he's talking about, do you have a link or can direct me to what he says about Davis, I'd be Interested in giving it a listen

Last I heard cossell liked Jordan Davis.

So many mixed signals with Thibodeaux. Throwing up my hands at this point

Always wary of guys that were initially thought to be top prospects then start dropping, I'd ask why is he dropping?

Jameson Williams makes way, way too much sense.  We have to get this offense right so we can find out exactly what Hurts can do.  Our WR's outside of Devonta were not great last year so we have to get that right.  Plus with his speed, he can take a short pass and go for serious YAC.

Take the most highly rated DE or CB prospect at 18.

Use one of the 3rds to trade up from 51 to land the other DE or CB prospect you didn't get at 18.

OL with the other 3rd.

I wouldn't be mad at that.

No, just copy and paste. Tajin is more savory than hot. I’m skeptical of it  on grapes, though.

Which WR is the most boom-or-bust guy?
Scout 2: George Pickens. There's a lot of upside, but he can't get out of his own
way. He's been enabled his whole life.
WR Coach 3: Pickens. You love his game, but there's some issues. Do you want
to work with him? He's a top-6 talent-wise, but it's impossible not to add those
other things. He has the size, has really good range. He positions his body on
deep throws. He consistently beats press coverage. Has good start-stops with
some AI (Allen Iverson) crossover in his game. A lot of the stuff in (Todd
Monken's) system translates to the NFL. But I wouldn't touch him.
WR Coach 5 on Pickens: On tape, he is probably a top-5 wide receiver but
there's just so many red flags, and they're big red flags. He's got a lot of growing
up to do. If he goes to the right place with a room full of veterans that help him
go the right way, I think he'll have a chance.

What's the deal with Pickens?  Is he just a knucklehead or typical WR primadonna?  Red flags??

Found it. From 8:20: I pretty much mentioned all his points in my post. And Greg does mention the Vita Vea comparison as well. And spoiler: Greg doesn't really love Devonte Wyatt either. Well... he says he's a tough evaluation.

Had an ACL injury didn't he? If it weren't for that I think he'd be a higher prospect in this draft.

Reminds me of the time Magnum won the Hawaii "Cat Lover of the Year" award and had to practice a speech but Higgins wouldn't listen because he was trying to watch a snooker championship. Then later Higgins tried to record the final match on Betamax but there was a Detroit Tigers game taped over the most important shot just like that Heidi game.
