I sure freaking hope so. Get him before the Eagles do

London and Pitts could create some serious mismatches.

It'll be a nice 1-2 punch. London is the real deal imo

Jamo!

Dillard getting moved before, during, or after the draft?

They are competing for worst team in the NFL this year, so it makes sense.

They could be the trade up partner for the Eagles. Because there’s no way Thibodeaux is getting past Seattle.

London's YAC skills makes him a good scheme fit for Arthur Smith. Tennesse/Smith liked those bigger WRs too.

The Norris/Robinson pod was excellent.

During is possible but likely after when he probably has the most value.  I suspect Dillard goes on a conditional draft pick move given his injury history.  Probably a third that can escalate to a second or something like a conditioned pick in 2024 as part of the deal.

If DIllard isn't traded, then there will need to be a quick decision on his 5th year option - due next week.  I can't see it being triggered, but you never know

Teams only have until Monday to pick up the 5th year option. I think he's more valuable if another team has the option to exercise that.

I doubt the Eagles pick it up now that they are fully guaranteed. That could easily backfire on them.

2023 conditional 3rd sounds like a reasonable favorable outcome. I'd probably rather package him with 15 to move up for "their guy" if there are any willing teams in the top 10.

Would be very surprised if the Eagles picked up Dillard's option.  Doesn't seem justifiable in any sense.

Also would be surprised if he is moved, because I don't think the offers will be worth more than just keeping him around for next year.  I don't think they will move him for a late round pick and I suspect that is all they would receive in an offer.

That's my feeling.I wouldn't do it but they may feel like having him under contract 1 more year, talent wise, is a better play in case there is an issue with Lane.  With Clark now a year further from his injury though, one can argue a pick now is better than the salary if you can make the roster better elsewhere/

28.

Shouldn't that be in case there is an issue with Mailata?

Because Dillard sure as hell can't cover for Lane at RT. That would have to fall upon Driscoll or Clark.

I'd like to see a team that wanted Ekwonu, Cross or Neal and missed out take Dillard as part of a trade up...most likely Seattle.

I don't think they can justify a backup LT only at $12M or whatever the cost is. That would be absurd. They also would lose a lot of leverage next year if they want to trade him.

Eagles 15, 83 and Dillard for Seattle's 9 would value Dillard at a late R3 pick, which looks about fair value IMO.
