And now we will see that Tannehill is light years better than Hurts

If Davis is pre food Simon we good...if he's the post food Simon...

He’s "fat” yet the most athletic DT of all-time…

I think dillard likely gets you a 4th. He has some experience. He’s capable of being a solid starter. And he’s still got his 5th year option to make it two relatively cheap years. Reagor I’m guessing you’d only get a 6th if you dealt him. I’d be pleasantly surprised if it’s more than that.

I would think Dillard has more value than a 4th. I just don’t know who is looking aside from the Panthers.

Not even close

He’s top 10. What’s your beef with him?

Maybe. I think he’s a head case himself and has flaws where he runs half ass routes. QB play definitely an issue but he’s still got the same issues people thought when he came out. I kind of think he winds up being a journeyman wr and maybe hits big if he goes somewhere like GB or KC or chargers who have QBs that can make him look better

He's probably gone and that's fine, but he's had some crap QBing in college and pros AND played In a bad offense at TCU.  None of that let's him off the hook for laziness.

looking forward to a Dillard 3rd rounder. Turn him in to Calvin Austin

Not sure you get the third. Listening to Ross tucker yesterday l, he seemed pretty convinced that dillard was likely a day 3 trade. Maybe a conditional pick the following year.

Booth & Sam Williams tomorrow. And sign Mathieu.

Wow, Eagles already signed Brown to an extension too.  Wonder how long this deal has been worked out for.

Bengals take a player that I don't believe was on our board. So that's a plus.

Isn't he worth more than that to us?

After letting their first round simmer for a while, still kinda torn. I love Brown and I like Davis as a player.

So I don’t dislike what they did at all. The reason I’m torn is because their biggest needs were CB and edge IMO and in a draft loaded with those talents they ended up with neither in round 1. Not exactly their fault entirely because those guys went early, but it still sucks. The Eagles always miss out on the strongest parts of drafts it seems.

Hopefully they can get CB next year.(after getting a QB of course)

I would have been cool with Jermaine Johnson, but so many of his sacks were due to effort and QBs holding the ball forever. He’ll be a fine pro, but I’m not sure about his real upside as a pass rusher.

He's the 2nd best graded athlete to enter the NFL of all time. 2nd only to Calvin Johnson.

Actually like karlaftis at that spot in the draft.

If ojabo falls to 51, i can see the eagles taking him.

Considering 2 of the last 4 1st round picks Howie has made are about to be traded for a pack of gum, using pick 18 on AJ Brown is looking better.

Seeing Joe Douglas absolutely NAIL this draft makes me wonder how this team would look if he was here and Howie was gone.

Forgot about him. Get him at 51 and then trade up from 83 for a CB. And sign Mathieu. I revise my last post.

Why do you say that? Feel free to wait until it’s announced so you don’t spoil it.

Who had work ethic concerns, played limited snaps, and was beyond winded at the tail end of those snaps.  Athlete or not, it's a very boom or bust pick.  If he continues to work his tail off then it pays off, but it can easily go south.

Yep. He’s a fine secondary pass rusher. Just don’t want him as your top DE.

The thing is he only has one year left on his contract and he can only play left tackle as a backup. So your backup can only play left which means you have to move mailats to the right side of something happens. I think the eagles eventually draft a backup swing tackle and move him for the picks. I think it’s why the eagles were willing to make that move to 13 to get Davis.
