The committee has come out with the seedings for each region of the 2022 EMB Racist bracket. Got some good matchups

If we're including TEs in there I'd say we're top 5-10 easily now.

Moot point if Hurts can't get em the ball but still that's a huge turn around

Off the top of my head I think I’d put Bengals, Dolphins, Raiders, Rams, Bucs (assuming Godwin comes back fine) ahead. Some order of Vikings, Cowboys, Eagles, Seahawks, Chargers make up the rest.

Howie and Sirianni speaking to the media now

The Vikings traded down from 12 to 32 just to get an extra 3rd rounder and move up a little in the second round… only to take a Safety when Kyle Hamilton was available at 12?

That is the most puzzling draft trade I’ve ever seen

No hurtscuses this year. He has Brown, Smith, Godert, Sanders, Gainwell and a very good OL.

Any other good CBs available besides Booth?

McCreary, Woolen, Emerson, McCollum, the dude from Bama (actually 2 but forget the one that isn’t Jobe) of the top of my head. Might be missing bigger names.

Hargrave probably got restructured or extended to fit AJB contract. What else could they move around? Still have draft picks to sign.

Any way to unload Cox?

It's probably a rookie contract with backloaded extension.. So that wouldn't be a problem.

McCreary, Gordon, Woolen, Taylor, Armour-Davis, McCollum, Emerson, Taylor-Britt, Bryant.

All very different players but all could be good players in the right situation IMO

Would love either Mafe or Bonnito.

Would rather go DE over CB

He won’t take up much this year. Signing bonus, voidable years, you know the drill. Probably like a $5M cap hit for 2022

Its an extension so the money probably doesn't kick in until next year.

Lots of names to like for day 2.

Nakobe Dean
Andrew Booth Jr.
Arnold Ebiketie
David Ojabo
Kyler Gordon
Boye Mafe
Logan Hall
Roger McCreary
Jalen Pitre
Josh Paschal
Drake Jackson
Christian Harris
Cameron Jurgens
Nik Bonitto
Jaquan Brisker
Cameron Thomas
Leo Chenal
Chad Muma
DeAngelo Malone
Cam Taylor-Britt
Kerby Joseph
Nick Cross
Channing Tindall

Travis Jones

The thing with Ojabo is yes he's hurt, but he's one of the top edge rushers in the draft. Getting a top 15 talent in round 2 is huge. Would rather have that even with the injury than like the 7th best CB.

Cam Taylor-Britt and Damarri Mathis fit well.

That one and the Marquise Brown trade for Arizona. Yikes.

We also get a big cap break from Cox’s June 1st cut. He’s currently on the books for his new contract, as well as his old contract at 24m$(?) that drops to around 12m$ In dead cap on June1

That seems like a reasonable list.  Probably some team we're forgetting but I can't think of them off the top of my head.  Factoring in age I'd argue we're near the top of the list from your second sentence.

I could only imagine how the Blog would react to that.

Washington trading down for a 3rd and 4th to pass on Jameson to draft Dotson is bizarre to me.

Awkward Howie moment there.  Sirrianni's soul just died live on camera.

Brisker in the 2nd RD

Sam Williams in the 3rd RD

Trade Dillard for a 4th RD

Zyon McCollum or Coby Bryant in the 4th

I really like Dotson, but I agree.

The single worst move of the night. Brown is a nice complementary player. He’s not worth a 1. That’s insane.
