Hate that it’s decided by a coin toss. Bengals are not beating the Chiefs.

Watson is not Mahomes, but he's closer than all but a few.

He is close and automatically the best young QB in the NFC

Hope Hurts watched this game. He needs the fast progression review of Mahommes. The ability to,throw from different angles of both.  Standing straight up like Allen behind the LOS.  The quick trigger of both and throwing where the receiver will be.  Running to seek an open receiver like both. Not too much to ask, is it?

Yeah... "be more like Mahomes." That should do it.

AFC is loaded with generational talent at QB, and Mahomes might stiff arm them all from advancing for the next few years.

It's a great time to be an NFC QB.

One of these days he's going to drop dead on live TV from a heart attack.

I feel bad for Burrow, he has to live up to this matchup.

He's great, really great, but doesn't have the raw talent these two poses.

Not this year, but Burrow has enough talent to compete with these guys if everything goes right with building the roster around him.

Gotta tack on Hassan Ridgeway or no deal

So you’re asking him to be a generational top 3 QB basically.

Yup. I don't trust Murray to stay healthy anymore

I think the rest of the NFL has to hope that Mahomes’ playing style does not age gracefully into his 30’s.  I’m not saying it will not…but if he sustains it, then everyone else is just pretending to compete.

He ain’t going away anytime soon.

Allen and Mahomes know though that they can make any throw from different platforms and put enough velocity on it. Hurts doesn't have that kind of arm and most QBs don't.  But, yeah, Hurts needs to be more consistent with progressions and footwork. But,  he would be better off throwing it away vs. trying to throw a laser 50 yards downfield while rolling to his left. He isn't going to have that kind of arm to do that.

You mean like in the SB last year...oh wait...

Nope. Not to early to try Tight End like Tebow either.

With 13 seconds left, what exactly were the Bills playing defensively?

I have doubts. He doesn't have the arm talent or mobility of Allen/Herbert/Mahomes, has by far the worst O-Line, has already suffered a nasty injury, and is playing for the worst organization from the bunch.

They weren’t.

LMAO, imagine watching that game tonight, the game the week before against New England, the last two seasons, and questioning Josh Allen. This place is a constant race to see who can spew more stupid.

Hurts is what he is. Deal with it.

Yup, in terms of young QBs Dak is probably the safest pick.

Don't have much faith in Fields, Lance, or Love either.

Even though arm talent is far more important than mobility, I still wouldn’t sort the top QBs simply according to arm talent.  Burrow’s arm talent is still excellent.  If you give him a nice pocket and WRs that are always open, he’ll get them the ball with excellent reliability.  And that’s enough to run up the score in a playoff shootout.

Tonight…that was something else.  But that was a once in a generation game.  Shootouts don’t always go quite like that.

Well I will tell one one thing all the teams that played this weekend have good QBs outside of Garoppolo who being carried by his defense.

Eagles need to think this Hurts thing through

Not questioning Josh Allen. He is capable of huge games. Questioning whether he can keep it up in the biggest games because he has not done that. Would have been interesting to see if he could do this again in the championship game, and super bowl. Because history has shown he melts down big time in the biggest games.

And if you watched tonight and got the wrong impression that he is like this all the time, just do yourself a favor and go check out his game log. Check all the games with bad completion percentage. multiple INTs. and low QB ratings. Although he can give you an amazing game like tonight, he is still inconsistent as hell.

Hes talented. He has not "arrived" until he can perform all the way through a post-season.
