Folks have been migrating down to Philly from NYC for awhile for the same reason.

January 25, 20223 yr 20 out of 32 teams will have hired a new head coach in 2020 or later. An additional 4 did in 2019. Only 8 teams have a coach who has been with their team for at least 4 years.

Probably because demand is so low. 32 minutes ago, Bacarty2 said: SF makes West Philly look like South Beach. I've had this conversation on here before. I've had all inclusive trips to NOLA and SF that I turned down. Everything paid for, flight, 4 star hotel, food and booze. Passed and opted for a much, much less cash value that was taxed to the fullest. When have you been there to see it? SF is a world class city with far more to do and see than most cities in the US. I am not sure by what standard you would call it a s-hole when you haven't been to visit.

ZERO. outside of San Fran was amazing. So...ummm....did you go to the Marina Area? North Beach (Italian Restaurant area by Coit Tower and TransAmerica Building)? Union Street? Pacific Heights? I'd probably guess "That's a no for $200 Alex". And I grew up in Center City Philly, off of Rittenhouse Square. I love Center City, but you go North, West (right after Penn) or East (Camden) and good f'ing luck. I went to Central High at Ogontz and Olney, those were certainly interesting times!
January 25, 20223 yr Hopefully Saints go into full rebuild mode now with no Sean Payton and an abysmal cap. If Lattimore cane become available that is a worthwhile trade to make with our draft assets.

ZERO. outside of San Fran was amazing. Merriott seems like a knock off of a Marriott. I have been several times to SF. The last time was October of 2019. It's a nice city. There's no danger walking around. Sure there are homeless people around but the tourist places are nice. The restaurants are nice. It's easy to get around and there's a ton to do. Maybe it's just that I'm older and can remember going to Philly, Baltimore, DC and NYC in the 80s when nothing was gentrified.

The CEO at a company I worked at was so paranoid about the effectiveness of the company rumour mill, she'd make stuff up and tell different people to see who spoke to whom. It got so bad, she made the company accountant go through the phone records in order to catch the gossips out. She was mental and forgot we all talked on Microsoft Messenger where she couldn't track us. Speaking of which. If you hire Sean Payton the Head Coach, you get Sean Payton the the GM too. And the GM is not that great and they both did the dirty on the Saints (which entertains me) when their bad decisions hit the end of the road. I don't think Lurie would wamt Chip Kelly with a bigger ego in town

Never been Park city is fun, we'd usually go up every couple weeks, it was about a 20 minute drive from my house. It's pricey though because it's a tourist trap and it gets nuts during the film festival but yeah its nice It's gotten alot bigger the last few years as all those Californians are selling there houses for a million or so and moving up to park city and surrounding areas. Next time you go to SLC check out a restaurant called Sicilia Mia, it doesn't look like much but it's probably the best Italian restaurant I've been too, including right up there with the ones I've been to in Italy. It's owned by a family from Sicily, they import a lot of their ingredients from Italy, it's super fresh custom built wood fire oven, their signature dish is their carbonara that they cook the noodles table side in a giant cheese wheel they have imported from Italy. First time we went we got it and when they lit it on fire my 2 year old son leapt up on his chair and yelled, " I have feeling words"😄 the whole restaurant laughed, their charcuterie board is amazing as well. It's on highland drive off of 4500 S in Holladay UT which is about 10 minutes out of the city. Have fun in Hawaii though!
