And again this has nothing to do with the laws that put Ute's "good guys" in prison today.

But it does. How you define good guys is critical. The disparity in sentences for cocaine possession with intent to distribute and crack possession with similar intent is on a ratio of 100/1. The basic difference is in the populations affected, white vs. black. Similarly, heroin addiction was acknowledged as bad and heroin dealers get heavy sentences. By contract, we have an opiod epidemic/crisis and all these addicts are sick and/or victims but not as criminals The epidemic and the hand-wringing only occurred when the opiod usage spread from the black community to the general population and through it all, the dealers of the opiods, Big Pharma, and the distributors, the medical profession made billions.

Good guys?

Comparing smoking cigars to crack, good one!  C'mon man!  The crack addict is addicted to crack because he broke the law and smoked it. He didn't come down with some disease that forced him to run out and smoke crack.

Yeah, those pesky cigar smokers who steal from and ruin their family for their next fix are such a drain on society.

Dan Quinn was the hot candidate, looks like he won't get a job after all.

Would be funny if Gannon got one and not him.

Again good people who made terrible choices and mistakes.

And in case anyone is wondering how all of this BS started.  Posters were talking about Deshaun Watson and the morality issues involved in getting him.  Then two trolls came along with their Readers Digest degrees.

Nope started when you called me a liar, because I said I don't like you.

Still don't if thats any consolation.

I never used to believe in the death penalty but changed my mind.

Where I live this 22 year old girl followed a 93 year old woman into her apartment then tortured and suffocated her for no reason and then hung out in her apartment for a couple days inviting friends over while this dead lady's body is sitting in there.

Someone like that should be extinguished from the Earth immediately.  No point in keeping people like that alive.

I used to believe in the death penalty but changed my mind after taking to my wife.

When somebody commits a heinous crime rake murder ect though horrible killing the offender deprives the victims/survivors of the ability to forgive and move on and takes away the offenders ability to make amends or restitution.

One could argue the killing if that person is the restitution but killing some one doesn't restore any thing or anyone or make anything better, all it does is kill  a person.

MLK didn't believe in the death penalty, he said hate can't be extinguished by more hate only love can extinguish hate.

Killing someone for killing someone doesnt stop people from killing people.

Tested positive for the Big O Omicron yesterday 🙄

Started on Sunday am when we got up to go fishing with pressure in the chest and coughing.  Fished all day and was fine.  Then, started coughing more Monday and little fever 100 degrees on Tuesday.  Woke feeling fine yesterday but figured I would take the test so I didn't infect anybody.  Again, feeling fine today.

How long am I looking at before I get out of the freaking house?

EDIT:  I'm double vaccinated with Pfizer but no booster because I'm in Mexico and they haven't offered it yet to my age group

Get better soon!

You guys can have your weed, I completely agree with that, but don't try to sell me on the virtues of making hard drugs legal, frankly I find the whole thought of it utterly ridiculous.

Hard drugs are legal.  My favorite: hurtsisasstartingqbiate.  Sometimes I get paranoid but mostly it's a smooth ride.

Make terrible choices over and over again? Or made 1 terrible choice regretted it and changed?

I rather coach the jags then the saints with taysom hill and the massive over the cap hit and moves they are going to have to make. I get it’s the jags but i get to also pick my GM in Wilson and i have Trevor Lawrence going forward.

Feel bad for Doug, doesn't look like he will get another shot at HC.

Maybe he should try to go down to the college ranks and maybe earn a new NFL HC job that way.

Beginning of July.  I tried to get the booster when I was back for the holidays but I was just short of 6 months smh

Looking like zadarius smith is out in GB

Yep, reading one of them is only good for 6 months against omicron.  Feel better.

Thank you!  The thing is that I feel fine besides a little sinus pressure.  I'm currently out here doing my exercise routine on the deck with no restrictions.

I’m talking about the social/political discussion in here, you dunce.  It started with the topic of should/shouldn’t we get Deshaun Watson.  I don’t care about you or what you think.   It’s a message board FFS that you take way too seriously.   You keep responding to me, yet want me to leave you alone.  I will but when you quote me, I’ll respond in kind.  It’s pretty simple.  Deal?

I didn't say I wanted you to leave me alone, I said I'd appreciate if you'd stop talking smack about me to other posters.

Now that I've chosen to take you off ignore you can man up and talk smack directly to me Instead of running your mouth like a 13 year old Jr. high girl.

I think you’re misinterpreting "decriminalization" (usually for personal use amounts only) vs legalization.

All decriminalization does, is take street-level offenders that might have small, personal use amounts of a substance, out of the criminal court system and into the civil court system.  These offenders would still be held accountable but in the civil system, not the criminal system.  And in most cases, based on where it's been implemented, it seems to work.

a comp claim is a property claim? what does that mean?

A comp claim is anything that happens to your vehicle thats not an accident.

Hitting a deer = comp claim / moving  to miss a dear and hitting a tree = collision claim. Both will affect your rate. I promise

Again, I dont care about your citations or any other junk your spouting. I live it. Billion and Trillion dollar insurance companies have millions and millions(if not billions) of legal teams figuring out how to cut corners and do it correctly so none of this matters.

Again, if you think Insurance companies are just gonna eat the 6 BILLION in stolen car claims each year and DO NOTHING about it youre sadly mistaken.

By the way, I'll be headed to Hawaii with my company(an insurance company) in May because my team was the highest in sales selling home and Auto policies in NJ, NY, and PA in 2021.

Well, I was an executive with one of those mega insurance companies, so I do have a little background in this area.  I can assure you the legal department did none of what you suggest.  The compliance group was very focused on making sure the underwriters and claim staff were in full compliance with the laws.  We were subject to market conduct reviews by the insurance departments in every state we wrote in.  No carrier wants to risk its license or a fine  doing what you suggest.

I am sure you are a fine personal lines agent and at selling the policies.  You rely on the underwriters to price the policy. The carrier handles cancellations and nonrenewals, not you.  Since you refer to your company, you appear to be what we referred to as a captive agent, meaning you represent one carrier, not unusual in personal lines.

A comprehensive coverage is a property coverage.  The insurance laws, as I pointed out with the statutes I cited (that is the "junk” you are unwilling to know), are very restrictive as to what allows a carrier to cancel or nonrenew a policy, especially a policy providing property coverage.  Simply put, a comprehensive loss is not a basis for nonrenewal or cancellation.  Such a claim is not a basis for a rate increase.

Anthony Davis screwed the cowboys over from getting Payton lol

If Rodgers goes to DEN and Brady retires, the NFC is wide F'in open.

Who knows what happens in SanFran with Lance next year.

LAR went all in for this year, they will have diminishing returns next year.

If we get a QB, we are right in the mix in the NFC.

Thoughts on Ezukanma from texas tech?

trying to hone in on some mid round wr targets
