Eh not really seeing that. I thought the Eagles were a better all around team. Definitely a better OLine and probably D-Line.

Sure, not arguing they are better. Just saying, second year QB playing really good, leading team to the SB pretty much out of nowhere with a clutch rookie kicker after having a really strong offseason with no one really believing in them along the way.

Except for the OL.

I agree with you the similarities are there.

They are better players. The scale doesn't shift year to year. Wilson had a down year, but he's still an elite QB. Context needs to be factored in. Point still stands though, this isn't Peyton Manning finally reaching the Super Bowl. It's Matthew Stafford. He's just a guy. People are conjuring this "story" because they know they lack legitimate ones to pump up the excitement for this matchup.

 ok. You caught me. I’m trying to pump up the excitement for two teams I have a grand total of zero emotional investment in. Stafford was a very good QB on the worst team in the league for a long while. Sorry you don’t agree, but I don’t give a ish.

Reality Sports. It's a blog on blogger. It's the only place to get legitimate information as far as I'm concerned.

Much more reliable than nfl.com

That site is ran by all the damn libtards nothing but fake news & liberal propaganda!!

Stafford's real stats. Not some liberal-owned network trying to artificially pump up the QB for a liberal city like LA to make them look good.

Per this site, 10 of Stafford’s pass attempts and 6 of his completions just…didn’t happen. Oh and don’t forget 100+ yards.

Don’t worry guys I’m gonna solve the QB problem with jalen i picked up some videos and books

I just don’t buy that the Chiefs were physically and emotionally exhausted. There was no reason they should have lost that game. Give a lot of credit to the Bengals defense but the Chiefs should have won that game by double digits.

Yeah i agree with you. I do think there was some second half letdown from the chiefs. However If you watch the game in week 17 KC against the Bengals, it played out the exact same way with the Chiefs. The Chiefs got out to a big lead and they were up at halftime by 11. Second half the Bengals made adjustments on defense and Joe Burrow started making plays. This game they were down 11 at half time. The Bengals made adjustments on defense, made some plays and burrow/offense made plays when he needed too. The game script was exactly the same as in week 17 except this game went to overtime and Ja’Marr Chase didn’t go off for 250+ yards

Arians’ book must be brilliant. Smh.

Chapter 1 : Sign the Quarterback who’s Won 6 titles and is still on top of his game.

Chapter 2 : stay the F out of his way.

THE END.

I think the obvious thing that has come from the playoffs this year and even last year is if you have the Super Bowl at your home stadium then you are going to the Super Bowl. So clearly Jeffrey lurie should get a Super Bowl to Philadelphia.

Right? Not even just the Bucs. he traded for Carson Palmer when he was with the Cardinals. It wasn’t like Carson Palmer was some bum. He was already established and they gave him Larry Fitzgerald and a bunch of good offensive weapons unlike the Raiders

Nice job getting Winston to throw 30 ints the season before.

To his credit he got Jameis Winston to throw for 5000 yards, 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions. A feat that might never happen again. #MakingHistory

It will be a somewhat interesting Super Bowl matchup in the context that neither team should have won today.  KC fell asleep after booking their trip to LA prematurely, and the Rams returned the favor on the 49ers, who got to the playoffs in large part because the Rams blew a 17-0 lead in Week 18.

I’ll be pulling for the Bengals.  I’d like to see a team that hasn’t won before get a chance to celebrate.  I worry they’ll have "Happy to be there” syndrome and get blown out, though.  Hard to trust Burrow’s OL and hard to trust Stafford, period.  It will be interesting to see what happens if the Bengals double Kupp to take him away.  Can’t imagine OBJ playing big in a Super Bowl.

rams playing a super bowl at home that’s not really a homefield advantage. Cool concept.

Off topic, just had an old man yelling at cloud moment. Saw on FB someone bought their kid a "snowball maker” and I got irrationally angry over it.

Snow ball maker??? when I was a kid that's what my big brother called me😁

I like the Bengals WRs and TE against the Rams secondary. But, you are right, the OL has to hold up enough for Burrow to do damage.  I think Chase, Higgins and Boyd can win against the Rams secondary.

Bengals TE Uzomah got injured today.  Doesn't look like he is going to play anytime soon.

That reminds me, I work at a pizza shop, and I was talking to my GM few months ago  about hiring high schoolers because we get a decent amount of high schoolers working there. She was telling me these high school kids ask for minimum $20 an hour all the time just to make pizzas or bus tables. I was absolutely stunned lol
