Well that’s antagonistic in the sense that you set out a specific limit by race.  The rule only says at least one person of color. It doesn’t provide any other limit on other candidates.  

I don't think Flores has any ground to stand on to win this lawsuit but I wouldn't rule out the NFL punishing the Giants for not taking the rooney rule seriously enough or some nonsense.  Would be cool to see them lose a 1st round pick over this or some other pick of imporance.

I had always thought it was a terrible idea for the NFL and owners to get this close to gambling. It’s way too easy for something with bad optics to happen. This might be getting much bigger than just the Rooney rule.
