Giants about to get a couple of 3s in a year when we did all the work prepping him. 

We lose Andrew Berry before teams get 3s for losing minority hires, and now teams are poaching our top minorities for small promotions on their way to the big promotion. 

And we get nothing for it. 

What an annoying rule.

The rule seems to be working. Teams will use the potential third rounds picks to hire a minority candidate for high level, non-GM positions over white candidates if the decision is anywhere near close.

Hurts is epic crap that can't beat a team with a winning record. Jimmy G sucks but he beat the Rams and Packers. Discussion over. Oh, but it was the 49ers D that beat them...OK so we can take even more wins away from Hurts this year because the OL beat them.

 Listening to Doug this year on a few Pods’s, I can see the advantage of a re-tread coach if he’s learned from his mistakes.  
 He admitted trying to run it back with the SB team was one of his biggest, the other issue for him was losing players and coaches each season and compensating for those losses. 
 He also gave Stoutland a tremendous amount of credit, not just for coaching the O-Line but for coming up with the running plays for the SB team.  I always thought Frank and Doug came up with those.

The NFL needs to take another look at this.  Obviously teams are skirting the rules here.  Maybe the original team should at least get a 4th or something for the hockey assist.

 

This is BS. The Eagles who actually employee African Americans are just getting raided and still getting nothing for it.

Get a similar schedule next year. NFC Central, AFC South and Saints and Steelers both in need of QBs.

Julian and Halaby will just take over the draft, no worries 

The Eagles have shown a pathway to promotion & pay top 5 salaries. We'll have no trouble attracting candidates. We created a new position for Andrew Berry, who was well-thought of at the time. 

I just hope we don't settle for Dorsey or Mayock.

Off topic , but James Franklin recruits some serious talent .
