If the Eagles make 3 first round picks they'll start at edge rusher as long as a 1st round prospect is still there. I'd prefer it's not Karlaftis, but Thibodeaux, Hutchinson, Ojabo, Jermaine Johnson -- you'd think one of those guys will still be on the board at #15. If not I think the likely first pick will be CB. The board never falls in order of positional bias, but I assume the Eagles would draft DE, CB, OL, and DT before LB -- maybe even QB and WR if Sirianni likes one of them. If they stick at #15, 16 and 19 then it's possible you see DE, CB, and LB taken.

Those guys are all going early.

Is it this offseason that he can sign an extension? Either he's going to tease/threaten the sport jump for those contract negotiations or he is just done with getting beat up in football and wants that easy baseball money.

Hopefully someone Bryce Harper juices up and hits 100 HRs. FYP 41 minutes ago, Alphagrand said: If they're in win-now mode they'd better get rid of Murray. I know it’s talked about out here consistently for years dating back to the late 90s. Even when they’ve been good they’ve found ways to be cheap. I live in Arizona. So i hear it all the time, read it all the time in the paper and had friends who covered the team talk to me about it. But good thing you know everything… i guess getting Hopkins means that goes all out the window and became good owners cause of that…

For a cheap franchise they sure had no issue committing to a franchise legend in Fitzgerald for so many years. Meanwhile Lurie lowballed Dawkins and let him walk.

I'd have to take a look at the draft order for teams 1-14, but the great thing about the draft is different teams value different position groups, and have different needs. I don't think the mock draft sites really take that into account. I've said before that I think 3 QBs will go in the top 11 picks. There are other teams that really need OL help. I think a lot will be determined by how early some of these WR prospects go; if Olave, Garrett Wilson, Treylon Burks go early then the defensive players will get pushed down. Someone might take Jameson Williams early in spite of his injury; his film really flashes speed.

He was so stressed out his hair was falling out. Apparently, he never fully recovered. He did follow it up with some good years, though. HBO did a really good movie about it (Billy Crystal either directed or produced it, maybe both) called 61*. Starred Barry Pepper (Maris) and Thomas Jane (Mantle). It painted a picture of some of the abuse and stress that Maris suffered during the season.

They only got that stadium after years of asking for it because the city was promised a national championship game, fiesta bowl wanted a new home (sun devil stadium wasn’t cutting it) and SBs by the ncaa and nfl. Also fear he’d just move the team if they didn’t do it eventually and they didn’t want to lose a nfl franchise cause odds were they’d never get it back. (They actually promised the cardinals a new stadium when they moved to AZ but reneged on it partially to poor running of the franchise). They didn’t want to build it for the bidwells for years. It’s why they shared a stadium with ASU for 17 years. it took them as long as it did to go from sun devil stadium (a crap hole of an nfl stadium) to that stadium. People didn’t want to pay for a stadium that was considered cheap and not very good owners. Routinely had issues with their players. So when it came up it always got turned down. City was more than willing to help build bank one ball park for the diamondbacks before giving the cardinals that stadium because of Jerry colangelo. He showed he was a good owner and not cheap with the suns. If the cardinals had better ownership they’d have had that stadium in the 90s let alone 17 years after moving to Phoenix let me point out they didn’t have a winning season in Phoenix for the first 10 years. Players often complained the bidwells didn’t care about winning games. They had 1 season over .500 in the first 20 seasons in Phoenix. Probably continues if they didn’t luck into Kurt Warner signing as a backup and finding himself again. So they kept fitz but pissed off Patrick Peterson and boldin also two huge figures in cardinals history. And i can bring up others where ownership and FO pissed them off.

You put a QB that’s like rodgers or watson or Wilson on that team they are a playoff team that could make noise i actually think Minnesota is set up to have the most success early. The problem is you have cousins who can get you to the playoffs but then you aren’t advancing past the divisional if you get that far.
